Madelyn destroyed my muscles in the best way possible. Let me preface this by mentioning I did a tedious amount of research before choosing to get a full body massage with Madelyn. Since I'm high risk, cleanliness was my number one concern when booking. It's been a stressful year for us all between election, Covid, and just honestly all the crap from 2020 and into 2021 has already thrown us. I booked my appointment and expressed my concerns since I know it's also important to ensure any establishment like this would be comfortable given the health issues I have. Madelyn was so sweet and limited her availability before the appointment to ensure the room was safe for me and really just created a safe space from the start. Upon arrival, I started the consult saying I was basically a human knot and carry almost all my stress in my neck/back/shoulder area. When she started she goes "oh you weren't kidding." Lmao, NOPE. Ya girl is broken. She really got into all of my concerns and showed my muscles that in all actuality she is boss. I think she found knots in muscles I didn't even know existed? Will I be back? Heck yes. I will recommend Madelyn to literally any person who mentions a massage in the future (and I already told my whole Facebook they gotta book her if they are ever in Dallas). Highly recommend! read more

New customer. Needed a massage more than I knew. Very easy to schedule and there is onsite parking which is a plus near greenville. Massage was tops. Highly recommend. read more

I've been getting massages my whole life and this was THE BEST massage I have ever received. The pressure, pressure points, we're on point. This is more of deep tissue if that's what you're looking for because lawwwwd the hands were magical. So grateful I found this place! I will come back 1000x over read more

Just had the best massage of my life at bohemian sun!! I haven't had one in a long time and read a ton of reviews before booking and am sooo happy I found this gem of a spot. It was super easy to book and pay online too which made it really nice to not have to deal with getting my card out after the massage. My neck has been hurting really bad from looking down at my phone and the pain was unbearable and it is feeling a lot better now! If you have back or neck issues you will thank yourself for making the appointment! read more

This is the most thorough and effective massage experience I've ever had. Madelyn is good vibes from the start of the appointment to the end. I went in there after a grueling move in so much pain - and came out a new person. The office and the massage room are cozy and super quiet. I will definitely be a regular at Bohemian Sun! read more

Omg I will definitely be returning. Working behind a computer all day really puts lots of stress on my shoulders, neck, and upper back area. I came here & felt like a million bucks when it was over. The price is so worth it! I might make this a monthly routine. read more

Madelyn was amazing. This was not a relaxing massage but she worked out a bunch of tightness in my hips, back and shoulders and I felt lighter walking out of there. Will definitely be back. read more

Got a massage from here a few months ago... Madelyn was really nice and pleasant but the massage wasn't for me. I'm used to getting massages where the massage therapist is more experienced with identifying pressure points. Based on reviews, this is what I had expected. While Madelyn was really open to feedback and adjusted the intensity of the massage, I was a little disappointed that she didn't seem to have better intuition with pressure points. I know it's a great massage when I leave feeling really relaxed, and I can't say I felt that way after this massage. read more

Matt is the BEST! Extremely approachable, professional, an expert in his field and not overpriced - you get what you pay for and more here. I'm a distance runner and had some profound knots that desperately need to be worked out. He did that and more, plus so many great tips on how to avoid future setbacks. Highly recommended! read more

First time going to Madelyn and it was an A+ experience. Madelyn know exactly what she is doing and I will be going back (plus referring friends!) read more

I've been masseuse hopping for awhile now. I think I finally found what I've been searching for. Madelyn was amazing and I got the vibe she's one of those people with a true understanding of what's going on with you on the inside. As I've masseuse hopped I kept either getting complete pain/torture or too soft/not worth the money. Madelyn works to release the stress, but it's also the right kind of pressure and is relaxing at the same time. The location is kind of odd, so don't stress when you have to walk through other people's spaces to get to the massage room. Once in there, you forget where you are and it's completely comfortable (I didn't even get cold- which is a first)! Highly recommend! read more

Oh my goodness, I just had the best massage of my life! I've been looking around for massage services and haven't found a spot I loved yet. I happened upon this shop via Yelp and thought I'd give it a try. For those searching too, look no further! Madelyn delivered an actual legit deep tissue massage and her level of experience shows. She was so professional and attentive, and just had a relaxing presence from the start. I am also blown away by her reasonable pricing, so much more affordable than those high dollar spots or even the unimpressive chains. I have now found my massage therapist and have already booked my next appointment. read more

At first I was hesitant to give a Yelp review because I literally don't want anyone else to find out about this place... Maddie, HANDS DOWN, is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. The service is just so professional and highly catered. She gives great pressure and has awesome technique. She even does corporate events. So happy I tried her out. The 5 star reviews are not by accident and yes, her massages live up to the hype. read more

I am an avid user of massage services and this was the best massage of my life. Madelyn is truly gifted and delivers on asks. She is the best and Dallas is SO lucky to have her. I'll be back anytime I'm in town. read more

This is the best massage I have ever gotten in my entire life. I have been to so many high-end chains but nothing compares to Madelyn. I went there once last year and wasn't back in Dallas for almost a year but Madelyn remembered me, what I liked, and what areas needed attention. No matter where I am living, I am always going to wish that I could get a massage from here. I'm not kidding when I say this is the best and only place you should go!!! Once you go there, you won't ever want to go anywhere else! read more

Madelyn is amazing! I have used her for both house calls and on-site massages at our office. She is truly the best at creating a relaxing environment, making you comfortable, and then working all of the tension out of your body! Madelyn actually listened to my concerns and worked on those areas rather than some folks that disappoint by giving a pre-programmed massage that wasn't tailored to me. I have shared Madelyn's contact information with many friends that have also become regulars. I couldn't recommend her more highly! read more

Madelyn is fantastic. So strong and gives amazing massages. I've had a lot over the years and she's one of the best there is.

I have been seeing Madelyn for about 4 years now, and highly recommend her to everyone. I am critical of massage therapists due to some sensitive neck and back conditions, but also because I have had a few disappointing experiences over the years. Madelyn really is very knowledgable about how the body works, always asks what I want to focus on, and makes sure the pressure OK for me. I am never ready to leave when my time is up! read more

Matt was great! He's got strong hands but can adjust the strength if you like it lighter. He was very professional and I had so many kinks he had to work overtime! He does offer house calls, especially if you live in the city and I'll be taking advantage of that. read more

I just walked to my car with a Dude, sweet chocolate and a water feeling the best I've felt in months. As a devoted massage therapist myself it is very hard to find someone who is just as passionate and in-tuned And I think I found my diamond in the rough! Matt listened to my needs , let me play my own jams and truly focused on the areas of concern I mentioned . His energy and professionalism is on point! Needless to say Matt rocked my world. Can't wait till I'll next session! read more

Matt is a healer. And a total bohemian badass. I highly recommend his services. I always feel renewed after my visits.

Matt was the best! So flexible. Let me book appointment at the last minute. So sweet and positive. Really listened and attended to my needs. He was also great at identifying pressure points on his on. Great knowledge of A&P and how to sequence movements for maximum benefit and relief. read more

Cannot say enough good things. So wonderful to go somewhere for a massage where someone actually listens to what you want and need and is truly skilled at massage therapy rather than just a nice relaxing massage. read more

I couldnt even wait to leave the parking lot before I wrote this review because thats how amazing Madelyn is. Hands down, by leaps and bounds, the best massage I have ever had...and I have tried quite a few places. She actually listens to what you tell her about your problem areas, what pressure you like and doesn't just do a massage that feels like a routine for all (although I am confident she can do that if thats what you want). On top of that, she is so pleasant and I immediately felt comfortable in her hands. read more

I have been to Matthew's magic hands twice now and will definitely return. He's very knowledgeable and responsive. Also great music and vibes abound! read more

Love this place! Madelyn is the best, very knowledgeable about the human body and how to fix aches and pains. I'm extremely tight and have lots of knots but she manages to work wonders. Very relaxing overall experience read more

Madelyn is amazing! She is knowledgeable, caring, and listens to your needs. I could barely move my neck when I went to see her and she restored my range of motion. I definitely recommend her! read more

Small place - doesn't seem like much - but WOW, does Matt have great hands. I can't stand massages where they barely graze your skin. He wasted no time getting to the knots in my shoulders and back. read more

Madelyn is my go-to for stress relief and muscle recovery. I visit Madelyn regularly and it's my moment to disconnect from the world and fix all the trouble spots as a result of my workouts. She leaves me feeling refreshed every time. Highly recommend! read more

Matthew is great. My husband and I have been regular customers for at least two years, and we have never been disappointed. We discovered him when my back went out one weekend. Thank heaven! Matthew made me feel comfortable and made sure he understood the areas he needed to address. He continues to provide the same quality service today. A good massage should leave you relaxed and refreshed. I have consistently experienced that with Matthew. read more

Recently, I was in Dallas for a conference and I had experienced horrible back pain before arriving. Of course the flight didn't help... It was a rainy Sunday and I was scouring websites for a place to get a massage (my first - crazy, I know). I read the reviews on Matt and immediately called him. The reviews were not wrong - he was so accommodating and moved some things around in order to fit my in to his schedule that day! As for the massage itself, you can tell how much knowledge and experience he has. He knew exactly what I needed and the environment was very relaxing. I came out of there feeling so much better. I even got a chocolate bar! I am now completely converted. If only I lived in Dallas! read more

I am pretty picky when it comes to massage therapists, as I don't always feel better or more relaxed afterwards. Madelyn is one-of-a-kind!! She always starts by asking what I would like to focus on and listens to my concerns with my problem areas. However, she can ALWAYS find the trouble spots without me even pointing it out. Incredible! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing experience. read more

The great thing about Matt: I told him what hurt, we agreed on an hourlong session, and he went to work. I didn't get a bunch of stuff I didn't want because of some pre-determined menu of services. I didn't pay extra for a fluffy robe and other spa amenities I wasn't looking for. What I got was a really great massage. He communicates really well, pays attention to your responses and adjusts accordingly. I left feeling much better. Highly recommended. In fact, I created a Yelp account specifically to write this review. read more
