Denice not only relieved all the tension I have had stored in my shoulders and lower back, but she gave me some tips on how I can avoid future pain. In this time of coronavirus I was pleased to see that everyone was exercising caution - the environment was clean and safe. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be seeing Denice again!

I pointed to the areas in my body I was having issues. Oh my goodness, he hit all the spots, found all my knots and worked on them. I feel amazing after each massage. I am hooked for sure. He and I have different pressure preferences so I can guarantee they cater to people with opposing needs. I also believe it is a husband/wife duo that owns the spa and they are both so kind! I was in the spa one day when a customer was getting heated over not receiving service because they were late to their appointment, and the owners handled the uncomfortable conflict with such grace that I commend them for. Upon arrival, they offer tea while you wait and provide water and candy when you leave, but other than that, they don't do extreme decor, music, or aromatherapy like some other salons, but I personally enjoy the good quality massage at a decent price over an expensive Massage just for the aesthetic. A Hidden Gem in South Garland!…read more Morning Dew Massage & Wellness shines with excellence! When you walk in you're greeted with a warm smile and welcomed into a bright, inviting space that immediately puts you at ease. My massage therapist, Jose, was exceptional. After shoulder surgery and completing physical therapy, I still had lingering discomfort. Jose quickly identified the areas needing attention. I began with deep tissue massages twice a week, gradually moving to weekly sessions as my pain subsided. The pain is gone but I am continuing with monthly deep tissuemassages for overall wellbeing. Of note: I appreciated Jose taking time following each massage to pinpoint areas of treatment on an anatomical chart and answering all of my questions. In the welcoming area after the massage I was offered cold water or hot tea. My favorite was hibiscus tea with honey served in a dainty cup and saucer--a little zen time before stepping out into the 'real' world! Morning Dew is a stellar experience from start to finish. I'm so proud that South Garland hosts this little jewel. Highly recommend!

I don't think I've ever had a massage quite like this - very thorough but gentle. Lots of easy stretches. The masseuse made good use of gravity to apply light pressure. I almost felt like I was being guided through some yoga floor exercises at times. The room I was in was cobbled together out of curtains, and was bright through the opaque window shades. It was very private, but not as dim as I'm used to. The massage bed was heated which is a really nice touch! I only got a 60 minute massage, which I kind of regret, as I still have some residual knots that are lingering. I do appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me.

I would definitely suggest getting the membership because even if you come once, you save some money & you can cancel at any time. I don't always visit every month (you know that life can get busy) so it's nice to know that I can accumulate my credits & go 4 times a month if I have the credits to do so. I always ask for Bertha T. to be my masseuse & I love her so much! She is great & fantastic at what she does!! .... I probably won't ever book anyone else haha. My parents have come a few times here as well & they always say their masseuse was excellent no matter who it was. The Now is clean, welcoming, & very peaceful. Once you check in, your masseuse will ask if there is a specific area of your body you want them to focus on (if not, they can spend time evenly throughout your whole body), if you want any enhancements ( I love the gliding cupping), then they offer you time to undress & get ready for your massage. The space is nice & quiet- they have wave sounds on the speakers which is super peaceful. Once it's over, you are given a cup water & a chance to schedule your next appointment at the front desk. It's always a fantastic time here & I always look forward to the next time I visit The Now (and see Bertha)! Thank you all!!!!!!

Jenna is so sweet! I got the prenatal massage and she listened to all my concerns and got straight…read moreinto my troubled areas! Jenna definitely made me feel more than comfortable! Her hands are so soft, but she really does know how to do her thing!! I loved my experience with Jenna and the team (front desk)! However it was really cold in there. The blanket was really warm initially, but it started to become very cold . Honestly it could've been because I do get cold very easily and also the stuff Jenna used probably made me feel cooler, which could just be preference and has nothing to do with them at all. There was one incident that I feel like someone else would've reacted differently than I did. The restroom (they only have one and it's in the front) I didn't realize and no one told me until i read a small sign, upon closing the door behind me that the lock was broken :( I had to use the restroom and wanted to do so before getting back on the road, since with pregnancy....well for the ones that get it get it, lol. I wrestled back and forth in my mind on if I should use the restroom or not... I chose not to and just washed my hands to get my mental state back in that "relax mode". I started to wash my hands and a man opened the door and literally got an entire glimpse of me, was startled, and shut the door. Wow....im so happy I wasn't using the restroom. That would've been very very awkward and I wouldn't have known how to even handle that moment. I told the man that it was okay, because of course it wasn't his fault, he didn't know..but Jenna, when I asked her about where the restroom was she told me where and told me that I could use the restroom. I think it would've been nice if she told the front desk staff so that way they could keep an eye out for me. The interaction between the man and I was definitely quite loud and so I'm surprised they didn't say anything to me after, like no apology or anything. Once they saw me they motioned me to check out and grabbed payment. I paid my $180 for the prenatal massage plus tipped Jenna $40, because I really did enjoy her service but there's always room for improvement anywhere :) hopefully they take this as a loving critique. I would hate anyone else to get that restroom experience and actually have been using the restroom.... I didn't say much at the end, but I think I was still in shock. I have never had that happen before..:(

I tell you all this not to impress you, but to impress upon you that I can speak on this with some authority. No one, not one place I've been to, comes close to Cemetria. She is phenomenal. It is very clear that she's an outstanding communicator, has anticipated every client need, and more than anything, that she's passionate about her work and is astonishingly good at it. I could go on about her delightful studio, great sense of humor, careful covid considerations, joyful attitude -- but I suspect you're after a great massage - and let me tell you - there is no better - certainly not in Dallas and I would argue there's no better in the nation.
