"if I could give 0 stars I would" Ive been to this location before 2-3 times before and never had an issue, I just left and was racially profiled by the people in the front desk. I walk in for my appointment and the lady in the front desk who is going to do my massage is alone checking me in and is clearly nervous (I'm a Latin girl) I felt on edge the whole massage BUT AFTER I walk out to pay there is one lady sitting at the front desk and one blocking the door?!? ( the one who did my massage) I give my card to the lady and tip 20% like I ALWAYS DO. At this point they still haven't realized I've caught on to the profiling since I ARRIVED.I snatched my complimentary water off the counter to show my frustration. The lady blocking the door (the one who did my massage) giggles and says thank you as I walk past to leave the establishment. Do better. read more

I showed up for scheduled massage and was told I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes before they would have my table ready. I asked why they are running behind and she said there website was wrong and she didn't know. I asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience of a half hour timing miscommunication on their end. They said no and they wouldn't do anything besides have me wait another half hour. Horrible service. Horrible host. Bad customer service. My husband and I have gone to this place several times however, after this last trip we won't be returning. I was mid-massage when my massage therapist told me that my husband was doing 90 minutes. She then asked me if I wanted to do 90 minutes. I told her that I would do whatever my husband was doing. She continued to repeat...."so you want to do 90 minutes?" "You want to do 90 minutes?" And I kept responding: only if my husband is doing 90 minutes. This is typically something that we decide before we go in for a massage however, I knew he had had a rough week and thought okay I guess he just changed his mind so I'll have a 90 minute massage as well. After the massage my husband and I were talking on our way to dinner and he mentioned that he was told by his massage therapist that I was doing 90 minutes and asked if he wanted to. This was an extremely deceptive practice. The massage therapists are so greedy that they'll try to trick you into doing a longer massage by telling you something that's not true. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this business. read more
