I feel like I had an uneven experience visiting this spa, so it is difficult to assign it one rating. The location is super convenient for me (5 stars). It is right off the highway and has plentiful free parking in the lot right in front. You could probably walk here from nearby hotels if you wanted to. Every area that I glimpsed was immaculately clean. And, thankfully, no strong scents (like essential oils) that are sometimes found in spas since for me they trigger migraines. They had nice, relaxing music playing at exactly the right volume (you could ignore it or you could listen and breathe into it). The entire ambiance was relaxing which I needed (also 5 stars)! I was greeted immediately by the front desk staff. Everyone was very friendly during the visit. However, they had no record of the appointment that I made one week prior (for 1 hour deep tissue, +hot stones with a female masseuse). She offered me a male masseuse, which I refused, but they were still able to accommodate my appointment and brought be back to a treatment room immediately. Once I undressed, a female who spoke English entered, introduced herself and she began the massage without providing a bolster for my ankles. She said she couldn't use hot stones because "they would fall off." They do not ask you beforehand if you have any prior injuries or pre-existing medical conditions or if there is something specifically you want them to work on. Then after a couple of minutes, two more women entered. One woman said, in rather broken English, that the woman who had started massaging me was new and hadn't been hired yet because they didn't know if her massages were good or not. This was a bit concerning and did not contribute to my desired state of relaxation. She left a second woman with me to begin the massage again. This masseuse did not speak much English (except things like "deeper" or "lighter" for pressure and "it's okay?"). This made it difficult to communicate exactly what I wanted and needed her to work on or where I was hurting exactly and what to avoid. The massage itself was okay but not excellent (3 stars). She definitely WAS able to provide consistent, deep tissue pressure. Even if you are a man or need really deep pressure, I think you would have been happy with the pressure. She also lessened the pressure when I asked. I started laying on my stomach and she did my neck, back, arms, glutes and legs. I did get a few passes with the hot stones, although I was expecting something different like I have received elsewhere. When I flipped over on my back, she did my face, head and more of my arms, legs and feet. I was more relaxed when I left than when I arrived, but I did not feel that she was as specific with anatomy like most massages I have received in the past and she didn't work out all of the knots in my back around my shoulder blades. I have been in a great deal of pain in my neck plus a headache the day following the massage. They do accept credit cards (for a small additional charge) as stated in other reviews. Their pricing is reasonable for an hour. I was told that you can make your reservation online, which I would definitely do next time if I return since they had no record of the appointment I made by phone. read more

I did not want to leave a bad review, but contact the business directly instead. Unfortunately they seem to have no means to provide feedback besides calling. I specifically came here for a "Back Walk" massage where they walk on your back while holding bars mounted on the walls. I was crystal clear when I booked the appointment, the receiptionst understood perfectly and assured me. I drove 30 mins each way tonight for this, as its hard to find places who do it. When I came in for my appointment i repeated it and the girl at the front desk nodded and said yes. All the rooms have the bars. The massage therapist didnt say anything or ask any questions, just went to work. About halway through I am starting to wonder but shes already moved on from my back, and at another place they did it at the end. Sure enough, no back walk. Her massage was excellent but I came here for one reason. I was also irritated because I specifically say no arms or hands as I hate being touched there but she did it anyway. First world prob of the highest order, but instead of leaving feeling relaxed I left feeling pissed off that I just spent $130 to *NOT* get what I wanted. read more

I booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage and while the pressure and consistency of the massage was good, there were some things that threw me off enough to give the overall experience 2 stars. To begin, you don't fill out any forms prior to the massage. So unless you tell your masseuse what areas you would like focused on once inside the room, it will be a general full body massage. The sheet you're covered with is quite thin and although masseuses need access to 90% of your body, the way they adjusted the sheets made me feel extremely exposed and uncomfortable. Some other one offs - cold lotion, not so fragrant essential oil, warm room. Besides this, the place was clean and quiet and had nice and quick customer service. read more

I've been here 2-3 times per month for the last few months and I love it. Tina is my favorite for full body massages, as she is very skilled at deep pressure and even walking on my back. She's excellent at finding the sore spots (from workouts and also general neck/shoulder tightness) and working on them. My husband has been to Jin many times, as he prefers lighter pressure for general relaxation and he said she does very well. It's a very professional setting and whenever we make appointments, we are seen right on time. We both recommend it and continue to go there ourselves. read more

So I tried to take a friend here I even called prior. I called from 15mins away the.woman who answered stated that would be fine and they were ready. Turns out this was a bait and switch. I want to start by saying I searched for days and read hundreds of reviews on Yelp/Google for a great massage place for my husband and I for our weekend trip to Dallas/Ft Worth. I picked Royalty Massage based on the rating & reviews. I booked an appointment at 10:15am for a couples massage. We got there 10 minutes early to fill out any paperwork that may need to be done prior (like most massage spas I've been to do, no paperwork was done here). We were greeted by a nice lady at the counter and gave her my name & appt time. She tells us to have a seat and it will be just a moment. A couple of minutes later she comes back to the desk and says "I have to tell you, we only have 1 person able to massage right now so do you want one to go ahead and the other will be able to go back in about 40 min?" I told her no, we wanted to be together, hence the couples massage. She proceeds to say "ok, well it will be about 40-50 minutes. We very busy today." So, my husband and I sat there trying to decide whether we leave and risk not being able to get in anywhere else or just wait. We decided to wait because still, I felt like the reviews were so good that maybe the quality of the massage would be worth the inconvenience of sitting and wasting 45 minutes of our time. Almost an hour later, a couple comes out of the room (what I assume to be the only couples massage room) and check out. The two ladies that were with them come out and tell us to come back, we go into the room and they didn't say anything, just walk out and we get undressed and lay down. The massage itself was fine. I wouldn't say it is the best massage I've ever had. There was no aroma therapy suggestions, like what I'm used to from my massage spa back home. It just wasn't what I was hoping for our relaxing anniversary weekend and I wanted to share my honest experience for anyone coming from out of town looking for a "spa experience". The therapist then came in and asked if I could pay in cash because the internet was down and I told them I only had a credit card available. She proceeded to say I needed to pay only cash so I was going to cancel my appt which she automatically changed her tune and said they could take credit card. After waiting another 10 mins she came back in and said I have to pay cash and need to get up from the table and cancel my appt. As I said I would report this customer service on yelp the therapist chased me out into the parking lot offering discounts for a massage. This is a shady establishment with a terrible smell. The message was mediocre at best they hounded me down to pay an extra $15 for CBD oil for a 60 min massage. So I added it the total of my massage was $80 and they charge $2 if you use your card. I tipped them $10 they had the nerve to say that the standard tip is 20% . I was being polite with the $10 tip because again the message was not all that. Such a gem to find while travelling for work to Dallas. I was staying in a nearby hotel and needed relief from a knot in my shoulder. I did a walk in and the staff was very accomodating. Gave me bottled water and time to sort myself out since i had just arrived from a 2 hr drive. The session was so relaxing, I think I fell asleep a few times. There was just enough pressure for the sore parts and you could easily ask your masseuse to lighten it up if needed. I am so glad I can move again without the stiffness and sore shoulder. I don't think i would be able to get back on my flight home if I didn't get a massage prior to leaving. Magic Feet, that's right.... Feet! And hands, and elbows, and knees, etc. There is an ancient massage method of walking on the back for massage. It's a lot different than having your significant other do this, so I suggest you leave it to the pros. My massage therapist was Dani, and she was great. Not sure how many therapists they have, but I heard a couple others. It's a beautiful office, feels brand new inside, so you feel like you are at a small boutique spa. Asian massage can be very different, and to many it may hurt and not be relaxing, so be prepared. Dani asked me if ok to walk on my back and I have had this before so I knew what to expect. She is probably about 100 pounds, so it really doesn't hurt, but she is very strong. If you have never had this, I suggest starting with Dani, but you will feel so much better afterwards. Other than walking on the back, they use elbows and knees to dig deep into your muscles. I can't say enough about how good it is and the prices are pretty cheap. Definitely need to try! read more

I've come here a few times and have a good experience. This time was not good. I asked for hot stones, they told me it's included. I did not get hot stones because they told me after, they were too hot. I don't understand. When my masseuse entered, I said hello & she grunted. There were times when she actually massaged me. Then there were times she only rubbed me which became weird. The way she massaged my neck, my neck was sore & swollen for a week. I told the front desk they did not provide the hot stones, she said oh they were too hot. I told her I was looking forward to it & asked in advance. My massage was an hour. Why the stones were not properly prepared I don't know. I asked for my masseuse's name. They told me they didn't know. I asked to have the manager, Tuti to contact me, she never called. BEWARE!!! Dishonest business. My husband bought a $100 giftcard for me to use here and they refused to honor it, saying it was issued by someone who wasn't on staff there and it wasn't legitimate. Absolutely insane. They did not keep proper records of the giftcards issued, but then tried to say that was MY fault and I should know how my husband paid so they could see proof of purchase. It was a gift, so how would I know that?! Though I had not even used the full $100 for services, I basically let them steal the remainder of the money paid and left. Yuki WOW! I have experienced over 200 massages over the years. I don't think I have ever had a better massage than the one Yuki gave me for two hours. She used different oils and techniques never used on back and neck before. I found out her training came from a college in Taiwan. Yuki has a great attitude about helping people which made me feel she wasn't working but enjoying making me feel better. I encourage people to ask for a two hour "Yuki massage".
