Having searched the Yelp ratings in the area, I chose Relax & Heal Massage. I called Michelle and was fortunate to get a next day appointment. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable explaining the differences in techniques. Once she began to work my arms and wrists, I immediately felt the tension released and experienced a great sense of relief. After a solid hour of upper body work, I got dressed and could feel an incredible difference in the way I felt. Michelle has an awesome gift of managed strength with control, coupled with technique and the gentlest disposition. I have been to several massage therapists over the years, but none could hold a candle to the care and treatment I received at Relax & Heal Massage by Michelle. She is worthy of your consideration and I highly recommend her.

I'm really pleased with their Covid response. You should call ahead to see that they can accommodate you. When I arrived I was the only person in the reflexology room despite the dozen or so chairs. The staff were all wearing masks and gloves. They have adjusted their policy to not massage your face. All furnishings and equipment appeared tidy and sanitary. Overall I felt safe. I had to wait a bit in the beginning for my masseuse to finish with another client but not a problem because. He was great once he started my service, an hour combo. You begin with your feet in a hot water bath. He then dries them off and massages your feet and legs. Then you are led to a private room for the back massage. You can undress to your comfort. The reviews of Ross are all true, she is amazing!…read more I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder for more months than I care to admit...and have spent $3k+ trying to find a way to heal and not be in pain everyday. I tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, and various other massage therapist. Only 1 massage therapist has made a significant positive difference - and he lives all the way in Washington State! I scoured the internet and yelp for medical massages - I don't need the fluff of a spa or a place to relax, I needed someone to get in there and work out that pinched nerve! I needed results! I can't thank Ross enough for how much time and care she took when working on me last week. She was thorough, and had lots of tricks up her sleeves including aromatherapy and some metal scraping tools. I have never had someone use a fascia tool on me and was absolutely thrilled!! Ohhh wee....I was in pain on the table and was sore after...but the massage worked! My pain isn't as bad and for the first time in 4 months i was able to sleep on the side of the pinched nerve!! I found my GO TO massage therapist in Dallas and am considering getting a membership for a 1 hour tune up per month to see Ross.
