I've always been self conscience of my "double chin." It runs in my family and always something I have wanted to change. Thanks to KYBELLA and Revive Med Spa, i am! KYBELLA is the only FDA approved injectable treatment that kills all the fat cells in treated area. MY EXPERIENCE: (1st treatment-2 Vials) The day of the treatment- Since i am a weenie with needles the injector numbed the area of chin and neck to help for comfort. She marks out the area and a grid is placed that tells you where the injections will go. Once ready, she injects through the area, thankfully she was fast because it does get tingly and a slight burning feeling from the medicine. They give you an ice pack to put on immediately to help with the burning and it helps tremendously!! I was swollen right away but they told me that was to be expected. Day After (Day 1 Tuesday)- i was really really sore and my face blew up like balloon. It did not bother me at all with eating or sleeping. It just felt tight and sore. Day 2 Wednesday- i still felt a little sore but not so much tightness. I was insanely swollen and felt like if i shook my head all my chins would move with me. The area of the injections was still numb but they say the medicine does that for about 2-3 weeks. Day 4 Friday- what a difference!!! I still feel swollen and sore but i've bounced back very well. The swelling has gone down tremendously and i can actually see results! This has only been my first treatment and i cant believe the results that have came out of it. Buyer beware! This is not a reputable business. Do not trust Sonya (the nurse practitioner) who does the injections. She injected a syringe of Juvederm in my lips. After the swelling went down, there was a deep crease in the skin above one side of my lip (it was not there before). Additionally, the right side of my upper lip was bigger than the left side. When I returned to have her fix the problem she made multiple excuses as to why it was not her fault and in the end said I had to buy more Juvederm to fix the symmetry issue. I was not happy but went ahead and bought another syringe. After she filled my lips, she claimed that if I purchased one syringe of Voluma for $799.00 and filled my cheeks, the crease (that she created) and my nasolabial folds would disappear. I felt that I should not have to pay to get rid of the crease but decided that I would do it because I wanted to treat the nasolabial folds and this would address both. After injecting the Voluma, I realized that she lied to make the sale. The Voluma did not cause the crease or the nasolabial folds to disappear. In addition, after the swelling went down, the left side of my upper lip was larger than the right side and my left cheek was larger than my right cheek. When I returned two weeks later to resolve this these new problems, she had an attitude and was clearly angry. She claimed she saw no problem with my lips and cheeks. She further stated that I needed to purchase 6 more syringes of Voluma (an additional $4790.00) to get rid of the crease and my nasolabial folds! I have been in the Spa and Wellness Industry for 10 years and have had just about every type of peel under the sun. I am truly blown away at how effective, painless and amazing the ViPeel was especially after just 1 treatment. I have had acne since I was 12 and it has not stopped and now I have adult cystic acne, enlarged pores, along with overproducing oil glandes. As a result an uneven skin surface, acne scaring, blackheads that are oil based and discolored pigmentation. After one ViPeel all of these areas were addressed and dramatically improved. The treatmetent useses litocane to numb the skin prior to the treatment and I will tell you the worse part of the entire treatment was that the smell got very overwhelming but it was over very quickly. The second day my skin felt a little like windburn but very tollerable. You also get a kit of products to help with the treatment results, itching post pill and the flaking of the skin. I lucked out finding this place! The first time I came to Revive I was planning to just get a facial. When Sarah met me, she took the time to ask me about my skin goals, concerns and to make sure I wasn't taking any medication that could impact my results. I told her ageing was my #1 concerns and I was thinking about getting Botox. Sarah suggested that instead of the Brightening Facial, I might want to consider the Vi Peel. She told me that if I combined the Vi Peel with Botox, I would see the best possible results from the 2 treatments. Luckily, I was able to switch to the peel and then see Vic for the Botox all in the same visit. I saw an immediate improvement in my skin. At checkout, Vic helped me sign up for the Alle app (FYI its free) and helped me get a discount on my Botox! I was so happy with the initial results, I just went back and go the ZO Brightening Facial that had originally planned to get and the results did not disappoint. I truly didn't foresee spending 2k and then the owner Vic ripping me off an additional $600 and injecting the wrong product as well as lying to me, not taking responsibility or giving me my money back that was his mistake of $600. Beware of this place this owner is a conartist and is very narcissistic in a covert way. He is the injector and does not disclose he is the owner so when he costs you more money he acts like he can't do anything about it . These people appear kind and sweet however they are only out to rip you off and do what they want to do not what you asked for. The $600 extra he cost me tells me how desperate he is as a business owner and clearly has zero class for taking care of his clients and representation of his staff and business. Today was my first appointment for laser hair removal ever, and Sonia walked me through the process patiently. She made sure all my questions were answered and asked me how I was doing during the treatment. I was getting just my underarms done and it took under 10 minutes. I didn't have any other concerns after the treatment and didn't feel pain so I was happy! I'm looking forward to my next treatment and hopefully I'll see some great results! Both my mom and I got a VI chemical peel a week ago and we couldn't be happier with results! I peeled like a snake and my mom didn't, but we could see how much of a difference the VI precision peel made in the before and after photos for her! Raine was so sweet, professional and knowledgable, she answered all of our questions with precision and honesty. She followed up with us the day after to check on us too! Loved it! From the moment I called to schedule my first appointment, everyone was very professional. The day of my appointment was also my birthday and I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff with a birthday gift. Vic was my injector and he's amazing! He did my treatment, but before that he listened to all my concerns about doing Botox and dedicated a lot of time to explain fillers.
