As you can see from the owners attitude/lack of ownership this is not somewhere you want to do business with. They went as far to start texting me over this ordeal-extremely unprofessional. Per your response; I notified you 12/19 which is not 25 days and YOU told me you could not see me due to YOUR schedule for Christmas. I took antibiotics CONTINUOUSLY for weeks before and after you prescribed them. The wound care doctor said THERE WAS NO INFECTION-the injection had killed the skin and necrotized that entire area-no amount of antibiotics fixes that. Your facility is not credentialed to treat wounds this severe I have that RECORDED along with every conversation we had. Your own website stated it was FDA approved-happy to post that photo as well. I had a MASSIVE hematoma under the necrotized skin that was due to IMPROPER INJECTION. Please do yourself a favor, do not use this Med spa. I received a stomach injection the end of November. The injection blistered, the skin died/turned black, and it turns out they injected a vein which caused a large hematoma(per the wound care Dr). I was required to attend weekly wound care appointments through March. They gave me a refund and said they would "help me fix this and they were here with me". Turns out they had NO intention on making good on that. The refund covered a fraction of the medical costs I incurred, the countless hours in wound care and having to cancel plans due to a massive hole in my stomach. The scarring is permanent, it is a giant purple crater thanks to their negligence and incompetence. The injector-Vic- has NO credentials. They will tell you he's a "platinum injector", but a clinic receives this based on the volume you buy from Allergan. He's just the owners husband. The owner, Sonia the NP, should have been involved with overseeing treatment and she was not. They canceled follow up appointments on me and made up all kinds of excuses not to reimburse me for my medical costs. They told me "most insurances don't have deductibles", my deductible is $3k for a single person. The average single person deductible is well over $4k in the US. So therefore weren't responsible for my medical care after they damaged my stomach permanently. They tried to blame qualified doctors post treatment for my necrotic skin. The only people responsible for this were Vic and Sonia, due to improper injection techniques. I would not want anyone else to have to go through this, especially after how they treated me. How would someone without resources and insurance pay for this??? There are multiple state and federal entities conducting investigations involving this clinic. Please avoid and don't end up with permanent damage like me. I am happy to provide all the documented expenses, visits, email discussions and the conversations I had while at their clinic. read more

My experience at Revive was sub par. Audrey was my service provider and she killed it. It was my first time getting derma-plane as well as my first hydra fascial. She took her time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions and made me laugh a lot in the process! My skin has never looked so healthy.. thank you Audrey! The experienced changed once I got to the front to pay for services. I have never met someone so rude when coming to a spa. The front desk lady was rude when I asked her simple questions. I bought two groupons to use at their establishment and was only able to use one because I didn't read the fine writing about only being able to use one every 3 months. Which is fine- my bad. But the way the lady spoke to me about the situation and then told me to call Groupon to handle it lacked customer service. Then as I was about to buy the fascial cleanser and product line she was going to overcharge me $75. So I declined buying anything from that office and walked out. Won't be retuning or spending a dime there again and will go out of my way to let others know. You guys should send her to school to learn how to talk to clients that come in a spend money at your offices. There's are hundreds of spas around the metroplex that I could be spending money at and that's exactly what I will do instead of return to this place that is run by unprofessionals. Five stars for Kate! I purchased a signature facial with diamond microdermabrasion. Finding the actual location was a little puzzling because I couldn't see their business sign due to an overgrown tree. (The front door to the office faces FM-544). Tip: Call and confirm the day before your appointment. The gentleman at the front was personable, and Kate was warm and friendly. The facial was relaxing and my face looked radiant afterwards. Four stars is due to the scheduling. Due to prior Yelp reviews, I called the day before to confirm my appointment with Kate and to let them know I hadn't received the forms that needed to be filled out online. They were then sent via text, but I was told my appointment with Kate had been changed to someone else. Unfortunately, I don't have the best review. In fact, if I could go back two months and never had walked in here I would. I have had Botox done for over six years. My face drags a bit on the right side and I use Botox to level my eyebrows. I have never had a nurse not do it correctly. I have never had to go back. I have never had to do a redo. The reason we are at his point today is there is a very inexperienced nurse working at this faculty. She did not listen and give me the consultation I paid for but rather started am treating me within minutes of being a new client. Started treating me how she wanted to. After two weeks, my eyebrows did no level. I made her aware. She asked me to come back in and she then shot my right eyebrow full of Botox which caused my eyelid to fall over my eyeball. I have spent the last few weeks unable to see clearly. I have received an email from the Nurse Practitioner and manager. They said they could even out my eyebrows but at this point the problem is no longer that simple. They did rerun my fee paid but the physical and emotional torment I have had to go through waiting for the Botox to wear off has been horrific. I am sure this is a lovely office and I am sure there are some great nurses that know what they are doing but this one was not one of them. Feel free to reach out to me for name. My goal here isn't to bash anyone and I have since reported her to the nurses board. I would encourage you to not do what I did- just trust that because they are a nurse they know what they are doing. Insist on a complete consultation. Do not allow them to start applying until they have watched your structure and movement personally. This causes temporary long-term paralysis. This has been the longest 3 weeks ever. Well, when I didn't get a confirmation for my rescheduled day and time, I took it upon myself to call and confirm. Low and behold they had no appointment because they switched systems.... how do you retain customers when there is no recourse or hey I'm so sorry what can I do to fix this? You are telling people you don't care for their business and support at that point. Really a shame because I live close by and was looking forward to having a place I could frequent often. I found this place from a groupon! I went to get laser hair removal on my upper lip. The groupon that I found had and extra discount ($76) on top of the original price ($93 and $86). I called and was told over the phone that the groupon price that I seen would/could be honored in house ($76). And was told that a note was left in my chart to explain that. When I arrived and got treatment the service was so-so. The girl at the counter wouldn't even acknowledge me just the slightest, even to say hi and that she would be with me in one moment. Especially since the lady that was before me was having a problem too. They have electronic paper work that seems like it would be okay to fill out, but the system is more of a hassle than actually paper work. I evened spending 2-3x the time and effort filling it out. And I'm 25yr old, so I can definitely see it being a huge hassle for patients that are older and have a hard time seeing etc. So after my treatment (which was fine), I go to the counter to pay and I'm given the highest Groupon price that she could find ($93). So I explained what I was previously told, and she tells me maybe she can do $86 because the $86 Groupon was still available for that day. She gets the girl to go ask the manager and the manager doesn't even come out of her/his office. They just say NO it $86. Groupon takes a percentage from the price offered. So when I called and asking about in house price honoring and was told yes, I expected that to be the price walking out. Especially since they are receiving more profit by me coming in there, because Groupon isn't taking their cut out. Then after telling me that the price would not be honor, I was asked about tipping. Really?!? I could hear the other workers talking about another patient who didn't want to fill out any more paper work because they lost her stuff. Non the less I still tipped the actual person who worked on me $10. Ultamately spending $96 compared to the $76 that I was prepared to spend. For this company just buy the Groupon online. My overall experience was a 4/10. If you buy something with multiple treatments don't forget to schedule all before leaving, because the girl at the front counter will forget. This place is AMAZING. I got their Groupon deal for the Juvederm injections, & everything about this place is wonderful. I've gotten my lips done once before by another business, & it was a total 180, which I was VERY happy about. They were extremely thorough, & used botox needles instead of the original needle, which made it WAY less painful, & my lips didn't hurt at ALL afterwards. I did bruise in a few places, however it was only little purple dots, & they lasted about a week and a half, & my makeup covered the bruises just fine. I really liked everyone here but feel like I need to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else. I have been coming here for over a year for various treatments with good results, hence the 2 stars. Had some Botox and fillers before the holidays. The Esthetician I had end of November left and I went back for a check up because the Botox on my forehead was super heavy and she usually will touch up. The Esthetician left and there was a new one. Because of this I ended up paying for another filler (because I apparently was uneven) and was going to be charged for Botox touch up but they did comp me when asked. Then, I go back again for a touch up after the above corrections and I got charged again. To sum it up, I overpaid a lot because of the Esthetician changes and difference in what they did to my face. Yikes! I was pretty freaked out and understandably at the time, just wanted corrections made. Your face should not be something you let anyone touch. I am now living with feeling my forehead is moving In to my eyes for the next few months AND not sure which person injected fillers correctly. Very disappointed... read more

Last year I bought a groupon and thought I would try this place. Visit was nice and smooth. I am a banker and the male receptionist wanted to open an account with me and get a credit builder loan. I went out of my way to open his account hand deliver everything and had a one on one info session. I went out of my way to give him a WOW experience. He ghosted me and never used his account so it made me look like a lair at work! I went back for my check up I needed a touch up, they said wait another 2 weeks come back in. I still needed another touch up. They were so nice i thought i would give them another try. This time for Botox. I made the apt. I was there for 45 minutes cause they kept sending in people to up sale me, and they were all confused. I told them no polity i just anted to get the groupon. I called today to make my check up and they say: well its been 3 weeks so if you need a touch up you will have to pay for it. HOLD UP: No one never informed me about this at my appointment. With the shoty experience I had last time and the ghosting on the account I prob will not recommend this place. I think they short change you on the first visit don't tell you the stipulations for a touch up so that you have to purchase the extra to finish the job. Not a good feeling about this spa. read more
