My lips were completely ruined here. I can't remember the name of the lady that did them. She was an older white lady with blonde hair. I had gotten my lips done several times before this but decided to try this place because it's closer to my house. Never had any issues prior. When I initially got them done they were swollen and uneven. She said wait 2 weeks and if they are still like that to come back. So I did. When I came back she tried moving the filler around my pinching my lips. It was very painful. In the end I just gave up. That was the last time I've gotten filler about 18 months ago. there is something wrong with a place that dont have standardized prices!. I mean if a client has to wait over 3 days for a quote for a service here they might as well get it done somewhere else. Clearly they dont want business and it does not take this long to put together a quote. I came in on 2/18/19 for a scar removal quote and i called all day 2/19 ( no ever answered the phone). then i emailed and got this message: "Our esthetician is working with the manager to put together a package price for you so she will send it over as soon as they have it for you. You should be hearing from her soon." Its 2/21/19 now and still no quote. They dont want business. I am taking my business elsewhere Friday as its now too late to cancel. read more

There was a Botox event at Revive med spa on November 16th, 2022. I went there to get benefit of their deals. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Once I get inside the room to get my treatment I found out that there was a new technician named SONIA. I have previously done this treatment from Revive med spa. I had few bad experiences with this spa in the past for injecting more Botox than needed. I was specifically told that don't go more than 12 as I have a very small forehead. Whenever they had injected more my forehead felt swelled and extra pressure in my eyes. Sonia insisted me get 25 of those. I said I can't have that many because all those reasons. I had explained her really well but she was keep insisting and raise her voice on me. I had made her clear that I can't have more! She said she will not do on me and raised her voice to a level that everyone in the office could hear her. She banged the door on my face using curse words. I'm never going back again! Please beware! They put more and more on you to make more money. One time they put so much on me that my eyes were looking crossed. The client has a right to choose what they want on their skin. I didn't want to take 25 units and it made her mad. Also! I didn't choose to go to another salon. This lady yelled at me saying that she is not doing it on me. She used curse words on me. She's lied that I chose to go to another spa! She needs lessons on how to provide services to the clients. She can't use curse words on her clients for not agreeing taking as many units as she want to inject. I just simply didn't want her to make my face look like her face. Her face was like a spandex canvas stretched from every where and swollen. I think Sonia needs to fix her face before she applies it on others. read more

Was looking for a new place closer to home instead of the trek out to Plano. Arrived for a booked appointment and was surprised when I was told that I would be refused service if I didn't allow them to take a photo of me for my 'profile'. I was also told that it was State law that all clients must sign the HIPAA acknowledgement form. This is NOT true. I had already shown my photo ID and signed a form saying that if I didn't consent to my photo being taken then I couldn't claim a refund if I was unhappy with the results. Met Sonia, Revive Med Spa's NP, who is also the manager and who became quite aggressive when I brought up these concerns. She tried to say that I wasn't complying with State law by saying that I didn't want to show ID when the receptionists had previously scanned my photo ID, and that I didn't sign the general consent form, which I had. My husband and I were both calm and shocked at this woman yelling at us and trying to make it appear as if we hadn't complied with State law, when I just did not want my picture taken. We have never been treated in this manner by a place of business before and still quite shocked by the rudeness of this woman. I most definitely would not recommend this business. read more

Scam artists! Save your money. No results after using Voluma Ultr and XC on face and lopsided lips and cold sore after lip injections. I was told Lip injections were supposed to last approx.10 months and it's only been a bit over a month and you can not tell that I ever had my lips done. Spent over $1300 and I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I contacted them after the procedure to let them know I wasn't happy with results and they offered for me to get more injections at an additional cost. They wanted me to pay $1300 plus AGAIN with only 10% off! Why in the world would I pay to have that done again if I had no results the 1st time. I asked what other options and they ignored my email and never got back to me. Super unprofessional. Beware. read more

Do NOT go here. Terrible employees and terrible communication/mismanagement. I received an IPL from Olivia who burned my hairline with in the first 20 seconds. I asked her TWICE of it happened because I felt it and smelled burning hair...and she lied to me. Come to find out she left me with a bald spot in the front center middle of my part. Ive reached out numerous times to them, when they should be contacting me! They literally could care less and communication is awful. Sonia who Im assuming is the office manager acted as if I was inconveniencing her and her disregard was apparent. My guess is Olivia does not have the proper license to be conducting this laser procedure. I would steer far far away. Although they may be closed soon..I have contacted the Texas Medical Board because I can guarantee Olivia did not have the necessary credentials and I'm contacting the health department as her mask was below her nose during the entire procedure where I couldn't wear one. This review this only for the laser hair removal. This is definitely not my first time getting laser hair removal so I know what it's supposed to feel like and the results to expect. I was 3 treatments in and the girl managed to burn me so I had really unfortunate scarring from that and had gross white marks all over me during the healing process. Anyways their laser is definitely a lot weaker than the ones I've had at other places because I have not seen ANY hair reduction at all, but somehow I managed to get burnt. It also has no cooling effect so the procedure can be quite painful. I have one more treatment left but I don't see the point of going. read more

I used the Botox and Restylane deal (over $500) on 20 Feb 2018. I even paid over $320 more for additional Botox units that the nurse convinced me I needed. I think they watered down their Botox units since I have not had my usual quick response to the Botox. I have had Botox before at a doctor's office many times and it took only 30 units to have a 6 month effect. Revive spa supposedly used 52 units on my forehead area and I have no lasting results! I believe that I didn't get a full syringe of Restylane either since again there is very little improvement compared to past visits to other doctors. Customers, beware! read more

The atmosphere was excellent and the facility was very clean. This was my first purchase through Groupon, so when I walked in, I was very pleased. Check in was easy and friendly. However, from the time I got called back, it kind of went down hill from there. I have no idea what the young lady's name was that performed my IPL, as she did not introduce herself. Once in the room, she only asked if I had ever had IPL before and I told her yes, but it was specifically focusing on a large spot on my forehead...and it was 11 years ago so I didn't remember much of the process and healing. That's the extent of her questions....just lay down and let's get started. Being a first time client, she never asked what brought me there, what specific area I was there for, any skin concerns, expectations on the outcome.....she never took a look at my face to acknowledge what she was even working against with the IPL. When I realized she was not going to ask, I spoke up and pointed out to her specifically what my concern area was and she replied that this procedure would help. Once we were done, I reminded her that it had been 11 years and I needed a refresher on what to expect during healing, at which time she provided. As far as I know, the procedure went fine and was quick.... and the girl was not rude, just wasn't attentive to a first time client or informative. Maybe it was my bad to not set up a separate consultation, but I would have at least thought she would have taken a look at my face/skin and communicate specifically what spot(s) I was coming in for before we got started. Maybe it was because I was using Groupon? Maybe it was because she didn't want to be at work on a Saturday afternoon?
