Karen, my injector, did a wonderful job guiding me through the process. She helped balance out the evenness in my lips and gave me exactly what I told her! I also love that I payed everything upfront before getting them done. At another med spa I had been to you pay after and are required to tip. Obviously I would tip, but with laser away its all up front which is great! The only thing that I feel like LaserAway could have is music while patients are getting their lips done/other procedures. I've been to another medspa before and they did that and I like it. I will be back!

I came in for a tattoo removal and filler consultation, was very clear about what I wanted, and was…read moreassured they could deliver exactly that. Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

Wow! Beautiful spa interior! Pain-free laser hair removal! Professional environment! What more…read morecould you expect! I have received several laser hair removal treatments from the lovely and intelligent Judith at Silueta for over a month now. She is using the newest machine on the market that only targets the hair, not the skin. My skin is not getting burned like it did at my previous laser hair removal place. It is a 100% pain free laser hair removal treatment with a Fotona machine. I saw results after the first session. I have had 3 treatments now. These machines are much more effective than at the other laser hair removal places I've been to in Dallas. I highly recommend Silueta for your next treatment. It is much more affordable than other places in Dallas, AND they use the newest and best machines on the market. I will continue getting treatments, and I'm looking forward for sun spot treatment on my face and laser scar removals too. You will be very happy!

Matthew got us set up with an appointment and walked us through the basics of BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) and women's hormone therapy. We met with Melanie at the Dallas office, and she was amazing -- very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything about testosterone and estrogen balance and how pellet therapy works. We left feeling informed and hopeful, with way more clarity than we ever expected. We're going back soon to start treatment, and we feel really confident about it. I'd definitely recommend Total Med Solutions to anyone looking for help with women's hormones, BHRT, or testosterone therapy in the Dallas area.

I went in on 5/7 and told her I wanted the hollow cheeks gone and some lip filler. She recommended Juvederm Voluma (1 syringe per cheek) $598 ea/special plus Juvederm Skinvive (1 syringe) in lips $350 = spent $1546. (I also wanted botox in forehead but it wasn't in my budget.). I waited a couple weeks but wasnt happy still seeing hollow cheeks after spending $1200. I had several gf's tell me "she should make it right" so I went back in asking for a "touch up".
