This location holds everything needed in an organized and clean way. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get the best savings for the package I bought. The actual procedure was not painful but definitely awkward feeling. They guide you with post treatment care. All and all the process was easy. Waiting on results, that will show on a few weeks, in order to decide if I will be treating more areas. read more

Customer service, representatives knowledgeable of the products, and being flexible. I had appointment and arrived 10min late, I was not greeted when I walked in, just blank stares and everyone looking down at their computers. I gave them my name and was told "since you're 15min late"... I corrected her and said I am 10min late. So already from the beginning this place does not feel like they're customer oriented. More of a, we're here because it's our job, type of vibe from the employees I noticed in there. They couldn't continue with my appointment, knowing I come from an hour away, and I won't be giving them my business in the future. read more

This isn't about the nurses who do the treatments. This is about the finance department. I purchased several packages of cool sculpting. That on my part was a huge mistake. I was kind of pressured by the woman in the finance department. I asked how much certain areas would be without the whole big package. The woman over this looked at me like I was crazy . With cool sculpting it doesn't do a big enough area. It just does smaller spots. If you need larger areas I'd recommend Sono Bella. Secondly they won't refund any money back to you if you decide this isn't working for you. I don't mean refund for a session you already used I'm talking about any seasons you have left. They say you can use it on something else. Well if I wanted something else I'd have purchased something else. Also they never told me I had 72 hrs to change my mind to get a refund. In other words before you ever try the procedure. Also they never told me how long each session would be. I'd show up and be there 1 or 2 hrs. I live over 50 miles from Ideal Image. Now my husband is very sick and will be for a long. I'm not able to run in to use the rest of the sessions because I live to far away and he needs someone with him all the time. They say I can use the credit on something else instead of cool sculpting. Well if I can't get there to do cool sculpting I can't get there for something else. So I'm paying for something I can't use. Think before you pay. Also they don't have care credit. It saves you money but I guess they don't care about you saving money. read more

They were friendly, kind, & welcoming. We talked about how I'd like to refresh my face & neck, let's face it, I'm 73, I'll never look 20 again. My face is melting lol. Then they suggested what I could do & how each procedure would benefit me. They explained every single step. I felt comfortable & said ok! It was a little more $$ than I wanted or expected, yet it's only fair to say, I've never had anything done & had no idea how much the cost would be...I'm worth it!! I'll let you know, if a see if it was worth it or not in months! read more

I have been going here for over a year, they decided to change their hours without updating patient appointments first so now my last 3 months will be wasted because they say they can't get me in because they are booked. don't go here, services are not worth the money wasted on this horrible office. Did you know laser hair removal can give you eczema! read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. This location canceled my appointment 2 hours before my appointment 2 weeks in a row now, claiming the nurse called out sick. They reassured me that someone will definitely be in to do it. Nope they canceled it 2 hours befor my appointment AGAIN. I think it their way to get out of working on a Saturday. Their hours show they are open on Saturday but not one person is in the office and their doors are locked and no one answers. Ive already called corporate. They turn off their google reviews because they know they are lousy location. Their yelp reviews reflect their actual reviews. This place should be closed down. read more

Don't go here unless you want things put on your charts that aren't even true and then denied because of their fuck up!!! I drove an hour and a half just to be told they can't do the lip filler. And treated like you're an idiot!!! I KNOW MY BODY BETTER THAN THEY DO!!!! read more

This would be a 5 star if I was reviewing only Tonya who has done my treatments. She is great--takes time to answer questions, explains the process, etc. Corporate has instituted a policy that you can schedule touch-up appointments only one week in advance because the calendar shows touch ups for only the next 7 days. That means clients have to call every day hoping there is an appointment available when they are available within the next 7 days. Plus, there is a very, very limited number of touch up appointments. 5 for Tonya; 0-1 for corporate policies that aren't client friendly. read more

I have had SEVERAL appointments rescheduled when they are made three months in advance since you can not book current date appointments due to them being full. I have been highly inconvenience by them time and time again with them being very dismissive. I enjoy the service when I do actually get to go to an appointment that isn't being canceled on their end due to them not scheduling someone who does that service for the day. And then the next appointment offered to me being a month and half after my current appointment. read more

Rude and dismissive staff. Will not lift a finger to help with anything additional. Very friendly when you are buying services but not when you are trying to use those services. The last time I went there young lady behind the desk, insisted without trying to investigate that my points for the Alle points program would automatically be assigned. She actually argued with me a bit about it and I stupidly let it go. Of course those points were never given. When my membership expires, I will not be renewing. read more

The best location in East Texas! Great service especially from MATT, always seems to be in a good mood and does the treatments very professionally. Ideal Image has their competitors beat when it comes to Beauty treatments. read more

Initially started out great but they are horrible with reaching out when they change appointments and rescheduling. Twice I've gotten to location and been told I didn't have an appointment because it wasn't confirmed or it got cancelled - didn't receive an email for either of those. It's very frustrating because I'm getting quite a bit of parts lasered and they never seem to have any openings or proper communication. Sat outside the car for eternity to get "scheduled" in a month later. Albeit the technician doing the laser is amazing and I only go back because of her. read more

I can't say enough about this location. But it's Tonya who is the true star here. Tonya is such an amazing professional who takes great care to make every customer feel truly special. I've had fillers before at other clinics and I wouldn't think to go to anyone but Tonya from now on. I have had the best experiences with her and I commend everyone at the Garland location. Do yourself a favor and look no further than the extraordinary people at Ideal Image! read more

Buyer Beware - Read their contract carefully. My wife recently visited Ideal Image in Garland. After pre-paying over $1,900 for Coolsculpting, she got buyer's remorse. She wanted to do some more research prior to starting the sessions because she was worried that if she completed the session and still was not satisfied, she would be forced to have to make another large investment or just be unhappy. She wanted a refund while she did more research. Ideal Image refused to provide a refund. As a healthcare executive, I have some experience dealing with patient contracts. I reviewed the agreement she signed and it has several provisions I think you should consider carefully before signing. Their contract states clearly that fees paid are non-refundable. Their medical director has the sole disrection on whether to issue a refund. This is a policy they take seriously and you should too. The contract gives them broad powers to terminate the agreement at any time and for any reason. The contract forces you to sign away your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or to join other parties in a combined suit. It also forces you to participate in mandatory arbitration vs civil claims court, which I know from experience, is expensive and time consuming. Further, the arbitration is required to be conducted in the State of Florida and under Florida law. So it is my opinion that you should conduct YOUR OWN RESEARCH into any products or services they offer and that if you sign the agreement and pre-pay, that you be sure its what you want to do. They are not required to refund your money if you have buyer's remorse, even if they have not started or completed the service. You can read the contract for yourself before signing but keep in mind there is a separate link with additional terms and conditions that you should review carefully. If you have any concerns, seek the advice of a qualified attorney prior to signing. read more

Simply incompetent. Unprofessional and sloppy. They will tell you anything to get your money.

I to Ideal Image today. I had an appointment with Andi! She is SO patient and will do what it takes to get and keep you comfortable. This is what you will need if you decide to get laser hair removal because it hurts like crazy! I'm updating my review because the first review in regards to Andi was incorrect. There was a misunderstanding that we talked about and solved. She's always been great and will continue to be a great asset wherever she works. Laser hair removal still hurts like hell!! read more

Worst experience ever! Don't waste your time or money. I'm still paying for services my insurance wouldn't cover at the doctor's insistence. They wouldn't work with me and demanded their money in full so I had to put the payment on my credit card. I wish there was a way to put no stars at all!! read more

BEWARE!!!!I My first contacts with company was amazing, very friendly; however, after signing up they have been unresponsive and rude. I have not experienced this level of poor customer service since dealing with my home builder. The people at the Garland location were friendly dealing with the employees at the cooperate level has been an absolute nightmare. I was referred to Ideal Image from a close-friend so I called to get a quote for underarm hair removal. I scheduled a phone consultation for later that day, which ended up getting pushed back because my son's dr. appt ran late. I ended up having the consultation in the car while my permitted son drove home. During the 20-30 min call we discussed multiple treatment options and I expressed a possible interest in having my bikini area done. We went back and forth over numbers while I was committed to moving forward with my underarm I was on the fence about adding the bikini area. Because I was interested in financing the cost of the treatment (2.8K), I was told I needed to have the loan approved so that I could get started on underarm and the only way to do that was to sign the contract. I expressed my reservation since i didn't have the time fully digest it since I was in the car but because the rep assured me I could modify the treatments after so I went ahead and signed the contract electronically so that she could get me approved for the loan through Ally. I was approved and scheduled my first treatment for a few days later. After the appointment I knew i wanted to hold-off on the bikini area until after completing my under arm so I made multiple attempts to contact them without any response between Dec-Feb. Feb 2 i finally made enough of a fuss that my issue was "escalated" my issue. Miraculously on Feb 3, my sales rep finally emails me after a month of no response. Feb 7, I received a call from Erin who is the "National Client Support Rep for Texas" who was extremely rude and condescending, and repeatedly told me I should have read my service agreement and provided me estimates on the costs of cancellation or modifying my agreement. The available options did not make financial sense, and I would end up paying ~500.00 less for 1 treatment area versus the three I signed up for if i cancelled i would be charged 700$ for the single laser treatment I had already received. Once i realized I had no further recourse, I accepted I had no options and would end up paying for the full cost of the agreement, I expressed my concern about the high pressure/false/misleading information I was given during my consultation and asked how i would go about filing a complaint so that future customers didn't have the same experience. Her response was she didn't know how to file a complaint because she has never filed a complaint against her company (very professional). After the call I received a cancellation email from the company for the "Lifetime Guarantee Membership" which i thought was strange. I called back to inquire about it and a very nice rep gave me the client support number. My call was answered by Anna who after reviewing my case rudely told me my she saw there was an open issue on my account and could not tell me anything. I explained i was only asking to understand how cancellations are processed not about my existing issue. She again refused to answer. Its too late for me but do not fall victim to this company. Proceed with caution and do not believe a word they tell you.....DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING ( i should have known better my brother is an attorney) without reading EVERY WORD and being 100% sure! They draw you in with great customer service and once they get you to sign the contract you will receive the worst service EVER! read more

THIS IS THE POOR REVIEW I LEFT BEFORE UPDATING: "The financing company that they set you up with (Health Care Services) is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. The staff also seemed uneducated in the terms of "same as cash" vs "0% interest." These are NOT the same, and I have unknowingly been paying 24% in interest every month. As for my services with Ideal Image, the cool sculpting was touted as something far greater than it actually is. I feel tricked in all aspects of this business transaction." UPDATED REVIEW!!! I am so pleased with the customer service of this company. Before leaving my review, I threw all of my frustration that I was having with the financing company solely on Ideal Image. Guess what? I was wrong. I truly did feel tricked for paying so much money for a service that I wasn't pleased with, which is why I did not want to talk to them again. I am happy to say that these are not scamming people. They reached out to me and scheduled another service free of charge, and called the financing company on my behalf to get real answers. I have not done my second cool sculpting yet, but they seem to truly believe in their product, so I'm excited to give it another try. Thank you for proving me wrong :) read more

Horrible!!! Don't waste ur $ or time!!! I have lost $3400 for laser hair removal that did not work & they refuse to even acknowledge me. No manager is ever on-site or able to be contacted. They are unsafe with their practices. They have the worst customer service ever!! I have filed "case review " several times with NO response!! No 1 ever has any answers especially customer service. They lie & say the attempted to contact by email but u didn't respond. That's crazy when u do the contract by email!! If they did email me I definitely would have responded. Horrible people with no morals!!! Please don't give them ur hard earned $$ read more

I've been trying to get help regarding a refund for almost a month now. I've called and emailed several times to speak with Erin Moore who apparently is the only person who handles refunds. I can't get any kind of communication or anything background here. I asked to have her supervisor or manager call and still no help. I completely REGRET signing up with Ideal Image at all but now that I can only get a refund for the membership I'd like to at least get that back. If you're thinking about it... Be sure you're 100% certain and that nothing in your life changes because you will not get your $ back for services. read more

Ideal Image Garland - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Garland, Texas

This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! All they want to do is sell you services and then never have appts available! Treatments are so spaced out that there are not any results seen! I had an appt one Sat and had the appt booked for 2 months prior! I get text msgs reminding me of my appts through an automated system. I get up there for my last treatment of what I paid for, just for them to deny me my appt!!! Because of some error on their part! This place is a joke!!! Poorly poorly managed! You can't ever get a manager or anyone to call you back!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! Go somewhere else! There are way too many other places to go and yes, I'll be taking my business elsewhere! Been trying for t weeks to speak to upper management all they can do is tell me is customer service has to send the manger an email and if they call they call! Some business this is! Still no response from Management! read more

I went to Ideal Image for filler, Botox and was talked into laser hair removal. The same evening after they approved me for a loan, I was informed since I had a peanut allergy in 1991, I was not eligible for filler. The Botox they use must be diluted because after several months it still didn't work. I had one laser treatment. I was about to get married so you can imagine how upset I was. I was told by the manager Mike that I would get a full refund. Well a year later my credit report reflects a 1289.00 default for what I was told was sent back to the creditor. Do Not waste your time or money on this place. read more

I meant to write a review almost a year ago. I went here last September & October for lip fillers and the whole process was super easy and they were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and that I was getting the best service possible. For the last 10 months everywhere I go I have gotten compliments on my lips. I'll be back in September to do it again. I live in Uptown Dallas now, but I'll make the drive to Garland to come back here. read more

I did not expected a relaxed clean office instead I found a horrible lip botox on the male nurse and terrible attitude with the SALES GUY that did not seem confident and was rude when I declined their ridiculous offer of 1500 and a whole bunch of syringes they wanted to use on my face when I told them multiple times I wanted a natural look. The sales guy was absolutely horrible he left me in the office and called the nurse, did not introduce the guy, they were both just staring at me uncomfortably. When I declined the offer the sales guy did not even let me finish my sentence got up and left again as he had the first time and came back with a copy of the proposal. I cannot believe anyone would be fooled to be a patient here, the place was a nightmare and dirty. read more

This is the Walmart of the spa world. I felt like I was sitting in a cheap dentist's office. The atmosphere was loud, and definitely NOT spa-like. After a consultation at Sona Med Spa, I was left feeling like I wanted to leave Ideal Image asap. Their prices were exorbitant and I felt like they were in it for the money only because they did the exact same thing as Sona Med Spa but wanted to charge me nearly $1,000 more than Sona Med Spa!! The staff made me uncomfortable and I will never return there for any service. read more

So my husband went in for a cleaning on Saturday. He came back home saying they told him he needed Invisalign's. We discussed it as I have had them before and know what all it in-compasses I told him 1. logistical it is going to be an issues for him. 2. If he needed them he would have know for sometime, you don't go from no issue to needing INV in one visit. He called the same day to cancel. They had already charged $ 2,000 on his credit card. He was told they would credit his card on Monday. On Tuesday they had not reversed the charge. Now I find out they billed the insurance and are waiting on the insurance which is BS as the insurance has not processed the claim. They are just sitting on my money while I have to pay the CC and interest. I am filing a complaint with my insurance and with the State licenses also my CC and any one I can think of. $2000 is a lot of money and we work hard for our money. If you are looking for laser hair removal, Ideal Image in Garland is the only place to go.I did extensive research before choosing a facility to remove my unwanted hair and my findings continuously pointed me to Ideal Image. I have been going in for over a year . I got upper lip and underarm laser hair removal . At first halfway through I was skeptical but I have 3 more visits and I'm very satisfied I don't shave anymore because they don't grow anymore . I may say it was very expensive but overall I'm satisfied. If you want to try laser don't start in the two most sensitive areas as I did . The pain is real intense , I should've done legs first or something else . I'm not going to do another due to the pain but I loved my results on the 2 areas I did . I will be trying lip fillers though. read more
