This isn't about the nurses who do the treatments. This is about the finance department. I purchased several packages of cool sculpting. That on my part was a huge mistake. I was kind of pressured by the woman in the finance department. I asked how much certain areas would be without the whole big package. The woman over this looked at me like I was crazy . With cool sculpting it doesn't do a big enough area. It just does smaller spots. If you need larger areas I'd recommend Sono Bella. Secondly they won't refund any money back to you if you decide this isn't working for you. I don't mean refund for a session you already used I'm talking about any seasons you have left. They say you can use it on something else. Well if I wanted something else I'd have purchased something else. Also they never told me I had 72 hrs to change my mind to get a refund. In other words before you ever try the procedure. Also they never told me how long each session would be. I'd show up and be there 1 or 2 hrs. I live over 50 miles from Ideal Image. Now my husband is very sick and will be for a long. I'm not able to run in to use the rest of the sessions because I live to far away and he needs someone with him all the time. They say I can use the credit on something else instead of cool sculpting. Well if I can't get there to do cool sculpting I can't get there for something else. They reassured me that someone will definitely be in to do it. Nope they canceled it 2 hours befor my appointment AGAIN. I think it their way to get out of working on a Saturday. Their hours show they are open on Saturday but not one person is in the office and their doors are locked and no one answers. Ive already called corporate. She is great--takes time to answer questions, explains the process, etc. Corporate has instituted a policy that you can schedule touch-up appointments only one week in advance because the calendar shows touch ups for only the next 7 days. That means clients have to call every day hoping there is an appointment available when they are available within the next 7 days. Buyer Beware - Read their contract carefully. My wife recently visited Ideal Image in Garland. After pre-paying over $1,900 for Coolsculpting, she got buyer's remorse. She wanted to do some more research prior to starting the sessions because she was worried that if she completed the session and still was not satisfied, she would be forced to have to make another large investment or just be unhappy. She wanted a refund while she did more research. Ideal Image refused to provide a refund. As a healthcare executive, I have some experience dealing with patient contracts. I reviewed the agreement she signed and it has several provisions I think you should consider carefully before signing. Their contract states clearly that fees paid are non-refundable. Their medical director has the sole disrection on whether to issue a refund. This is a policy they take seriously and you should too. The contract gives them broad powers to terminate the agreement at any time and for any reason. The contract forces you to sign away your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or to join other parties in a combined suit. It also forces you to participate in mandatory arbitration vs civil claims court, which I know from experience, is expensive and time consuming. Further, the arbitration is required to be conducted in the State of Florida and under Florida law. So it is my opinion that you should conduct YOUR OWN RESEARCH into any products or services they offer and that if you sign the agreement and pre-pay, that you be sure its what you want to do. They are not required to refund your money if you have buyer's remorse, even if they have not started or completed the service. You can read the contract for yourself before signing but keep in mind there is a separate link with additional terms and conditions that you should review carefully. If you have any concerns, seek the advice of a qualified attorney prior to signing. read more

BEWARE!!!!I My first contacts with company was amazing, very friendly; however, after signing up they have been unresponsive and rude. I have not experienced this level of poor customer service since dealing with my home builder. The people at the Garland location were friendly dealing with the employees at the cooperate level has been an absolute nightmare. I was referred to Ideal Image from a close-friend so I called to get a quote for underarm hair removal. I scheduled a phone consultation for later that day, which ended up getting pushed back because my son's dr. appt ran late. I ended up having the consultation in the car while my permitted son drove home. During the 20-30 min call we discussed multiple treatment options and I expressed a possible interest in having my bikini area done. We went back and forth over numbers while I was committed to moving forward with my underarm I was on the fence about adding the bikini area. Because I was interested in financing the cost of the treatment (2.8K), I was told I needed to have the loan approved so that I could get started on underarm and the only way to do that was to sign the contract. I expressed my reservation since i didn't have the time fully digest it since I was in the car but because the rep assured me I could modify the treatments after so I went ahead and signed the contract electronically so that she could get me approved for the loan through Ally. I was approved and scheduled my first treatment for a few days later. After the appointment I knew i wanted to hold-off on the bikini area until after completing my under arm so I made multiple attempts to contact them without any response between Dec-Feb. Feb 2 i finally made enough of a fuss that my issue was "escalated" my issue. Miraculously on Feb 3, my sales rep finally emails me after a month of no response. Feb 7, I received a call from Erin who is the "National Client Support Rep for Texas" who was extremely rude and condescending, and repeatedly told me I should have read my service agreement and provided me estimates on the costs of cancellation or modifying my agreement. The available options did not make financial sense, and I would end up paying ~500.00 less for 1 treatment area versus the three I signed up for if i cancelled i would be charged 700$ for the single laser treatment I had already received. Once i realized I had no further recourse, I accepted I had no options and would end up paying for the full cost of the agreement, I expressed my concern about the high pressure/false/misleading information I was given during my consultation and asked how i would go about filing a complaint so that future customers didn't have the same experience. Her response was she didn't know how to file a complaint because she has never filed a complaint against her company (very professional). After the call I received a cancellation email from the company for the "Lifetime Guarantee Membership" which i thought was strange. I called back to inquire about it and a very nice rep gave me the client support number. My call was answered by Anna who after reviewing my case rudely told me my she saw there was an open issue on my account and could not tell me anything. I explained i was only asking to understand how cancellations are processed not about my existing issue. She again refused to answer. Its too late for me but do not fall victim to this company. Proceed with caution and do not believe a word they tell you.....DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING ( i should have known better my brother is an attorney) without reading EVERY WORD and being 100% sure! They draw you in with great customer service and once they get you to sign the contract you will receive the worst service EVER! read more

The same evening after they approved me for a loan, I was informed since I had a peanut allergy in 1991, I was not eligible for filler. We discussed it as I have had them before and know what all it in-compasses I told him 1. logistical it is going to be an issues for him. 2. If he needed them he would have know for sometime, you don't go from no issue to needing INV in one visit. He called the same day to cancel. They had already charged $ 2,000 on his credit card. He was told they would credit his card on Monday. On Tuesday they had not reversed the charge. Now I find out they billed the insurance and are waiting on the insurance which is BS as the insurance has not processed the claim. I have been going in for over a year . I got upper lip and underarm laser hair removal . At first halfway through I was skeptical but I have 3 more visits and I'm very satisfied I don't shave anymore because they don't grow anymore . I may say it was very expensive but overall I'm satisfied. If you want to try laser don't start in the two most sensitive areas as I did . The pain is real intense , I should've done legs first or something else . I'm not going to do another due to the pain but I loved my results on the 2 areas I did .
