I'm so happy I got my lips done with laser away! I was a little scared because I didn't know who…read morewas injecting me at first but they are very professional. Karen, my injector, did a wonderful job guiding me through the process. She helped balance out the evenness in my lips and gave me exactly what I told her! I also love that I payed everything upfront before getting them done. At another med spa I had been to you pay after and are required to tip. Obviously I would tip, but with laser away its all up front which is great! The only thing that I feel like LaserAway could have is music while patients are getting their lips done/other procedures. I've been to another medspa before and they did that and I like it. I will be back!

I came in for a tattoo removal and filler consultation, was very clear about what I wanted, and was…read moreassured they could deliver exactly that. Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

I was left with permanent scarring after an extremely unprofessional injector who word for word said "oh sh**" when injecting into my orbital bone leaving me with significant bruising and now a permanent scar both on the surface of the skin and below (subdermally). Several other doctors have since seen the injury and said this is not a location that is safe for Botox. Please be careful, I have included pictures for reference from the weeks following the injury and can also provide what it looks like now almost 2 years later. For reference I am only 30 and have had botox consistently over the years and NEVER experienced anything like this.

I first came to Elite Body Sculpture for Airsculpt and Renuvion skin tightening in my arms in…read moreSeptember 2024. I would first like to state that I am the most ideal candidate you could probably have for this procedure. I was 40 at the time, workout 4x a week with weights, walk 2-3 days a week, eat a healthy diet, stay on top of my hydration, do lymphatic drainage techniques regularly, etc. .... so a fairly fit and healthy individual with stubborn problem areas which is what Airsculpt is supposed to be for. My main issue was loose under arm skin that came from genetics, not weight loss as I have never been overweight and some typical excess fat women carry there. After my procedure I saw about 30% improvement which in my opinion was definitely not enough considering how good of a candidate I am and how much the procedure cost (about 10K). I went back and expressed my disappointment and that I expected a revision to be done. Dr.Hanz was not my surgeon for the first procedure but he agreed to be my surgeon for the revision. We had talked and agreed on that it was mostly the skin that was the issue so that the revision didn't necessarily need much more fat taken out, maybe a little, but that the main focus should be skin tightening. The revision surgery day came in June 2025 and Dr. Hanz and I talked one more time right before surgery about how it was the Skin that needed more addressing. Then what did he do? He took out even more fat than the first surgery! When I came out of surgery and the nurse told me that, my first thought was, "why would he take even more fat if loose skin was the issue? Wouldn't that just cause even more loose skin?!" But I decided to wait and see how the results turned out. Well here it is August 2026 and guess what? I was exactly right! Not only did it cause the loose skin to be more obvious but the over correction caused deformities in my arms. I'm so embarrassed about my arms now and to make it worse, my aesthetic is how I make my living. I understand that all surgeries can come with complications including aesthetic ones but in my opinion, this could've been mostly avoidable had the first surgery been done correctly and/or the second surgery actually been what we talked about. I expected so much more especially for that price tag. I am now having to look into a mini brachioplasty to fix the issue. Definitely not worth it for what it cost both financially and emotionally now that my arms have deformities and embarrassing loose skin. The first photo of my arm straight looks like fat hanging but it's mostly skin. The second photo with my arm bent and my skin tighter shows you the deformity all along the inside of my arm.

I'm really disappointed with this company. I received four Emsculpt sessions and, after the fourth…read moresession, was admitted to the ER for Menometrorrhagia. I had already paid for two more sessions but was advised by the doctors to quit this treatment. I later learned that I also had ovarian cysts on both ovaries, something that I've never had before and have been told that there have been reports of this by some people after Emsculpt. I notified this company and asked if there was any way I could use the money I paid (over $1k) for a different treatment in their office and they refuse to return my phone call. I've called almost every day for two weeks and they promise they'll call me back but they never have. Not once. Beware to anyone going here that if you have a negative reaction to their treatments, they won't work with you to use your money for something else. Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer.

Started out…read morewith a virtual consultation, the doctor and I discussed what I was interested in and then she gave me a few options to get my desired results. I also asked for her opinion on where else I could benefit from getting fillers and what I appreciated most was that she only recommended places she thought I could benefit from, she wasn't trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff which is really important when we're talking about altering someone's face. The actual appointment went great. My injecting nice was friendly and she made the process very easy. I told her what I was looking for and she matched me with the type of filler she thought best met my needs. The actual injection process was quick, minimal pain (due to the numbing cream it just felt like a strong pinch), and I ready to leave after spending about an hour there. I highly recommend this location and already have my second appointment scheduled for my next treatment area.
