This may sound a little backwards, but I wasn't a fan of my brow service here, and I still plan to…read morereturn. From appointment scheduling to the front desk and my esthetician, everyone I interacted with was exceptionally poised and helpful. I booked a complete brow makeover (waxing, tinting, and lamination), but honestly, the results weren't for me. The shaping wasn't quite to my liking, and my brows looked almost the same as when I came in, minus some slight irritation from the waxing. But here's the true measure of a standout business: even though I didn't love the results, I loved the experience. My esthetician, Evelin, was careful and intentional with every step. She explained what she was doing, highlighted the benefits, provided a weighted blanket, and made sure everything was safe and sanitized between products. So while I probably won't come back for brows, I would absolutely return for a facial--especially since that seems to be their real specialty.

I got the Sculpt facial (one of my favorites that they offer) and it includes Hungarian massage and facial cupping. You leave not only with hydrated and bright looking skin, your jaw line will be phenomenal. The salon has a very minimalist feel but is also well decorated with plenty of products. Once you walk into the back, it is an open concept salon and the tables are separated by a curtain. Then you get a weighted blanket that feels like a warm hug and you start you facial with an essential oil- I typically go with eucalyptus because it relaxes me the most but they also have a citrus oil. You're offered the option to either be talked through the steps of your service or have a silent service. I typically get talked through mine because I love skin care and like to utilize their methods into my daily routine. I've been to a few other Face Foundrie locations throughout Texas, one in Dallas, and I think this one might be my home!

The whole spa is wonderful! I started with a 30min consultation with Kendal to discuss my skin…read moregoals and the proper approach to getting there. Kendal has so much knowledge and got me in for a facial that day!!! She explained everything she was doing and I just felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. I also was so happy with the results of the hydrafacial platinum. About 4 weeks later as part of my regimen I got a chemical peel. I just finished peeling and I am SO happy!! The products Kendal recommended were perfect as well. They have a large selection of some g medical grade skin products. I feel so confident in my self care journey going forward and owe a lot of it to Kendal and Mara. Glad I chose this spa when I was shopping for sure!!!

Do not go here! This place caused real harm and has zero accountability…read more I paid $2,100 and left with a botched procedure that has yet to be fully corrected. A staff member, who I strongly suspect had little to no experience, administered tear trough filler after talking me into it. The results were immediately wrong. I asked for it to be dissolved right away. What followed was weeks of runaround. They had me return every two weeks, and with each visit their attitude worsened, especially once I declined their repeated pressure to purchase additional services. I came in wanting a small, natural result. They saw a revenue opportunity. After multiple attempts, they were unable to fully dissolve the filler. I am now seeking treatment from a licensed dermatologist to fix what they could not. The practice is run by someone with no medical credentials, not a physician, not a nurse practitioner, not an aesthetician with any verifiable expertise. The medical authority here appears to be a nurse who seemed undertrained for the procedures being performed. A medical spa performing injectables should be overseen by a licensed physician on site. This one is not. If something goes wrong, and it did for me, there is no qualified person there to fix it. Avoid this place. The consequences can be permanent.
