This was supposed to be one hour and I fully expected it to be less due to me being late but it was literally 1 when I left meaning my facial was about 20 min; not sure why she even bothered at that point. I was happy to leave because I was uncomfortable anyway. My face was bright red when leaving and she also made a few pokes at my dermatologist and suggested I have a liver disease by my face which didn't make me feel too great. I realize everyone has bad days but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business EDIT: in response to her response below just so nobody is fooled, the facial gift certificate was 100% a 60 min certificate.
