My mom and I decided last minute to get facials for my birthday. My regular place was booked so after consulting Yelp, I called Stacy at Sweet Lemon Spa. It was exactly what we were looking for and needed! Atmosphere: The location was easy to find with Stacy's directions. Her suite was warm and comfortable while obviously paying a great deal of attention to cleanliness. The ambient light and soothing music were lovely. (I don't like a clincal/doctory atmosphere for my facials personally) Facial: Stacy mentioned she also did massage, waxing, peels, wraps, etc. I came for a facial but she recommended an additional service diamond-tech (? - diamond something, I don't remember the exact name). Her products are good quality and feel like silk on your face. She is very thorough and her technique is excellent. Stacy did a great job of educating me about my skin and techniques/products to focus on as well as those to avoid. She did all this without droning on about every single product in a sales pitch (a problem I have encountered elsewhere) and at the end she did recommend a product I told her I enjoyed, but she was in no way pushy. From what I understood, the products are focused on natural ingredients which I appreciated. They all smelled great and I didn't feel like I was getting a chemical bath. They were also effective which I find is often lacking in products that try to be organic/nature focused. Cost: Her prices are comparable to or better than most in the area. My facial was $70 and I had a $20 add on. She does accept credit cards. At the present moment she does have a discount available via Yelp. I didn't use it as I was already grateful she took both my mom and me same day last minute. Cons: -There is only one chair and one Stacy, so if you want to simultaneously get massages with friends or family, this option is not available. Not a deal breaker for me. -This complex is becoming increasingly busy as new restaurants and shops open. I can see parking being an issue if you wanted to come during nights or weekends. Again, not a deal breaker for me. -The walls are kind of thin in this complex. I could hear people's discussions in the halls etc. the music droned most of this out so it didn't impact my experience greatly, but it is worth noting. This complex appears to have mostly massage, facial and hair professionals so they were curious to be quiet. It was mainly customers waiting that made noise. Overall: I was very happy with my experience and would recommend her to others. While there are a few cons, they aren't within Stacy's control and therefore I won't dock her stars for them. I will definitely be visiting her again! read more

Stacey is the best and is so so sweet! I had a 50-minute facial and left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and glowing. My fiancé enjoyed his first-time facial too! She is really good at what she does and is super knowledgeable. Will definitely be back! read more

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I got a gift card here and honestly forgot about it until it was about to expire; I booked an apt and had to cancel a day prior so I asked if she would honor it after it expired and she said she would. When I got there 2 weeks after it expired, she was extremely rude right off the bat saying she said yes to extending but thought she'd hear from me sooner to which I apologized and said I got caught up in the holidays. She was outright rude to the point I was uncomfortable staying and even offered to pay her but skip the service. She told me let's go ahead but she has an apt right after and because I was a few min late she wouldn't have a lot of time. My apt was set at 12:30, I arrived at 12:35 and apologized profusely but I had issues finding her and my phone died. This was supposed to be one hour and I fully expected it to be less due to me being late but it was literally 1 when I left meaning my facial was about 20 min; not sure why she even bothered at that point. I was happy to leave because I was uncomfortable anyway. My face was bright red when leaving and she also made a few pokes at my dermatologist and suggested I have a liver disease by my face which didn't make me feel too great. I realize everyone has bad days but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business EDIT: in response to her response below just so nobody is fooled, the facial gift certificate was 100% a 60 min certificate. I got it for my bday from a friend. That's just a blatant lie and speaks volumes about the ethics of this woman. She is correct that I did offer to pay and leave literally because i was terrified of being alone in the room with her. I also kept my eyes open the whole time.. i did tip her though, I regretted it immediately but unfortunately I have a tendency to be too nice read more

Second time back at Sweet Lemon Spa, I actually went two days in a row. I had originally gone in Wednesday for an acne facial and came in Thursday for a Radiance facial. By Saturday morning all of my acne was completely gone and my face feels smooth. Also loving the Milk & Honey cleanser, sun screen, and the eye make up remover wipes I purchased. read more

I have been going to Stacey for years. I am so glad I found her. It started with massages and I have never found anyone better. I love that she continues to learn new methods so I can try new things while sticking with her. I have also turned to Stacey for my skincare. She always offers natural products and recommendations on how to use them to put your best face forward . It's always a good day when you get a massage/facial with Stacey at Sweet Lemon Spa. read more

I've been frequenting Stacy for a few months now. She is very good at what she does. Her suite is clean, smells good and is comfortable. She always does a review before she starts to see if there are any concerns or problem areas. Pricing isn't bad for top tier members. That's where the most bang for your buck is. I like coming here. Easy to schedule, park and get to. read more

Stacy is wonderful. She listens to my skin concerns and uses a targeted approach to address them. If she layers products that just don't respond well, she removes them and corrects rather than letting me leave with little balls of sunscreen on my face that refuses to absorb. I have literally left and seen a noticeable difference in my skin immediately with whatever voodoo magic she is able to work. Love her personality and knowledge. She carries products but is by no means pushy about selling them. read more

Stacy is wonderful. She is sweet and very helpful. She is very knowledgeable about active release therapy and different massage therapy techniques. My twin sister has used her for facials and loved it. My sister is pretty picky so when she came back with glowing review I knew I had to try her. I buy the 4 package deal because it saves me a little money and ensures I go regularly for massage therapy. Self care is important for your body. I tried her out for waxing and she is good. I just go to another location because of their available times. (sorry I should not have mentioned the other place I go for waxing) She can use different waxes- just let her know your preference. I get massages regularly and she will make sure the pressure is okay and go over problem areas. Location is easy and parking is easy. Her room always smells good and she has different oils she uses depending on your problem areas. She doesn't charge extra when she uses different things on you. Booked my husband a facial/massage combo for his birthday! She has gift cards too! Love going to her- looking forward to my next message! read more

I have been seeing Miss Stacey for a few months now and I noticed a difference from the very first appointment! Her suite is relaxing, I love the heated table and there are times when I have fallen asleep during my facial I love what a difference her treatments have made on my skin, it looks healthier, brighter and not as uneven. I did buy products from her to use at home as well. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to take great care of you read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Sweet Lemon Spa! Stacey is amazing. I got a full body massage and a facial. Both were great! I left feeling both relaxed & energized at the same time. I would definitely recommend Stacey! read more

Stacy is very sweet and informative. She listens to your skin concerns, targets a customized approach to tackle any issues you may have, and engages in friendly conversation so you will feel comfortable in her suite. I've gotten my underarms waxed, and have gotten a facial and I must say from just these two services, I can tell she knows her stuff! I also have purchased some items from her so that I can use them at home to keep up with any problem areas. I would recommend her, especially to women of color who are looking for a trusted skincare provider. If you suffer (or have suffered in the past) from cystic acne or hyper pigmentation and you are consistent with meeting with her, I am positive that you will reach your cosmetic goals. I can't wait to try her other services soon! read more

I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews. It should have been a tip off that none of them are current. The facial was ok but it wasn't worth the money. It lasted 40 minutes not 50 minutes and no extractions were done. After the appt I tried to figure out what my next steps would be. I expressed what I was needing in the future and that I would like to come in every 2 months for a peel. It was insisted I come in every 2 weeks for a peel---4 for $240. Horrible upsell and my needs weren't listened to or even close to being met. Then I was rushed out because there was another client coming. I would avoid this place if you are looking to get a quality facial or any other skin maintenance routine. I'm sure there are other places in the Dallas area that value their customers and take what they're looking for into account. read more

Her facials save my life!!! No matter what she does, she knows what she is doing. I have always had amazing experiences with her, which is why I close her to get my skin wedding day ready! She always listens to your needs and takes a look at your skin to customize your experience. No, out of the box services with her. Not only that, she is a joy to be around and I am truly grateful I found someone to take care of my sensitive skin. read more

I went in last week to Sweet Lemon Spa to try Stacey's New Body Treatment. It's called "Mystic Inka" from the Peruvian Andes made with 100% Native plants. There are 4 luscious steps which Purify,Energize,Regenerate and Nourish. #1- Purple Corn Antioxidant Body Exfoliant, which is massaged on every part of your body. Wow!..this really made my skin tingle. It is them wiped off with a warm towel. #2-Warming Body mask with Lucuma is applied, which immediately energized my skin and feels like the warm sun. The mask is left on for a few minutes then removed with a warm towel. #3-Sacha Inchi Body Oil is massaged deep into your skin. This oil is smooth, refreshing and SO relaxing. #4-Last, a Nourishing Body Cream with Quinoa (smells unbelievable) is massaged with long firm strokes to seal in moisture. My skin was soft, I was invigorated, rejuvenated, relaxed and glowing. I had a wonderful Spa experience with products that I have not seen before. Step #5- I suggest that you book another service right after the Mystic Inca Treatment because you will not want to leave! Stacey is AWSOME! read more

I went to Sweet Lemon for a prenatal massage as well as a facial and I was treated like royalty. The massage helped lengthen my side ligaments and ribs to accommodate growing baby and her work on my feet and back was so relaxing and healing. The facial was as relaxing and rejuvenation and the products are high quality and they also smell divine. I'm just sad I didn't find her sooner. read more

Stacy is so friendly! She was very willing to work with my schedule when I called her in a panic about a break out. I wish I knew exactly what products she used, but it was so sweet and pleasant smelling and it cleared my skin right up. I've only been here once and thought this was a great de-stressor! read more

I've been seeing Stacey for years for massage so deciding to get facials with her was a simple decision. After she listened to what my concerns are with my skin she knew exactly how to help me. She is well versed in her product lines and within days I saw a difference in my skin! The experience she provides in her salon is relaxing and so peaceful. Her tranquil energy is infectious and makes my time at Sweet Lemon Spa feel like a little oasis and a place to be pampered. Take the time to set an appointment with Stacey - you won't regret it! read more

Huge fan - I had some time before my flight and really needed a massage, a facial, anything! Thankfully she could squeeze me in - what a calming person, knowledgeable about her products, and very gracious. Highly recommend! read more

Stacey is a GEM. Not only was she able to book me same day within the hour for an 80 minute facial, it was such an enjoyable experience. She saw what she had to work with (I hadn't had a facial in AGES!!) and gave me the best treatment, including procedures I had not heard of. My skin feels clean, refreshed and hydrated, which is not easy in 105+ degree Dallas weather. Altogether a very enjoyable experience - great conversation and relaxation. #goseestacey read more

This little gem is a bit tucked away in the huge shopping/dining area, but I'm so thrilled I found it! Stacey is absolutely phenomenal. She was professional, and very personable. Extremely easy to talk to during our consultation. She seemed genuinely interested in my needs and expectations. I went in for a Brazilian and she was very thorough, and didn't rush at all. I love her space, it's tidy and well decorated. And she doesnt use that cheap paper that always sticks and rips! She used the hard wax which I really like. She also followed up with me on her thoughts about my skin care, but wasnt pushy about her products. I will definitely be seeing her again soon! read more

I've been seeing Stacey for many years for massages so when she told me she was going to start doing facials I was really excited. She's very knowledgeable in which products to use for your particular skin type or skin condition. My combination, acne prone skin always looks and feels wonderful after a treatment with Stacey and I love the fact that you can get a set of after care products to use at home. She's the best! read more

I had not received a facial in quite some time. I set up an appointment with Stacey and was excited to see how she could help my winter time dry skin. Stacey's room had a calm, quiet feel to it. Her massage table was warm and comfortable enough to have taken a nap. The music was soothing and relaxing. Stacey sat with me and discussed what I wanted to accomplish with my visit. She made me feel that I was heard and understood about my skin sensitivity with products on my face. She designed a custom facial just for me. As she gently applied products to my face she would check in with me and make sure I had no adverse skin reactions. After our session was complete I consulted with her what products I might start using for my skin type and told her I was a woman on a budget. She helped me with products that I could start with that would be the most beneficial to me. No sales pressure which was GREAT! My face felt awesome, it felt like she took at least five years off of my face. I will be back and I will refer other people to Stacey for their own spa experience to happen. Thank you Stacey! See you soon!! read more

Stacy does not have good experience with Brazilians AT ALL. She's an esthetician but doesn't know how to properly give Brazilians. I get waxed on a regular basis but used Sweet Lemon Spa this time because my regular lady was out of town. When Stacy was waxing me it was usually painful because she didn't wait for the wax to harden before taking it off. I wish she would have told me she didn't really have experience with Brazilians BEFORE she started waxing me. She told me at the end of our session that she uses Groupon to gain more experience with her waxing. In my opinion this was false advertisement because I was expecting a professional in this particular area. She left hair and wax when I was expecting a bare smooth finish like I'm used to. read more
