The red light room was filthy. The nurse wasn't friendly and gave me a hard time about the shot that I was getting. I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. My home store would never treat us members like that. My experience was poor and I will never return. Very disappointing.

They gave me an iPad to check in and do forms, which I love because my hands hurt too and to write most of the time. The process was very straightforward and easy to do! The gentleman upfront was very nice even when they got busy he was still attentive, the nurse in the back was very sweet and friendly, and the doctor was as well. Dr.Livengood explained everything very well and offered a steroid injection to help. Overall, I had a very good experience, not to mention I was seen in a very timely matter and didn't wait 3 hours to be seen!
