She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. His break was fairly bad and ended up requiring surgery with an orthopedic doctor a few days later. After seeing an ER dr, they were told all they could do was splint it and give him pain meds and we were to make an appt with the orthopedic dr. Both of these 2 things could've, and should've, been done at Make You Well Urgent Care. There was no need for them to wait in the ER for 5 hours just to be treated with what, we had expected, the urgent care to do.
