Terrible customer service. I called to get a pregnancy nausea/headache iV as I am extremely sick and the lady said they couldn't help me without a doctor's note. But they don't have a fax number so there was no way to receive the doctor's note from my doctor's office. I had my first appointment yesterday and it went great! It's a beautiful office and very much feels like home and is tranquil. The office is VERY CLEAN and organized and I like that it has a more home feel than an office feel. I met the owners and they took excellent care of me! Both of them are medical professionals with a vast knowledge and experience of the body and how the body functions. I had a vit-B bag with a side of calming aroma scented oxygen therapy. The owners explained everything perfect and offered solutions to my concerns. I liked how they let me explain to them what my goals and concerns were and then they offered discussion so we could both decide on what route to take. I left yesterday feeling better! The B vitamin bag was good and made me feel more alert without that jittery feeling. The hydration therapy is definitely the way to go with best this Texas heat. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a refresh or boost to their busy everyday schedule. Hydration is so important and it's amazing how much the body does depend on water in order to keep things up and running smoothly. First time customer. This was top notch service. Really clean place with super comfortable Lay-Z Boy chairs to relax in when you are getting your IV. Jason was amazing at starting my IV. He even got me a bottle of water to drink while relaxing. He seemed very knowledgeable about starting IV's and he didn't fish around for my vein. They had many appointments available and they seemed like they will work with your schedule. It took about 30-40 minutes to receive a full bag of IV. Total time was about 45 minutes from walking in and then out. I left feeling refreshed because I was super dehydrated. Its nice not having to go to the ER to get an IV anymore.
