After I explained I had driven an hour they arranged for both to be done at once, which was super helpful!!!! Overall I'm not 100% if I feel as though it was effective, but maybe after more sessions the results will be more present. Overall, the staff was not that friendly so that also altered the experience.

I initially went in because I got an ad about a free treatment and like everything else they never followed through on that promise- I never got the free treatment. All in all I ended up spending $1848 for nothing. None of the promises they made at the beginning were seen to fruition and had they been transparent from the start I would have never signed up. They say what it takes to get you signed up and then you're trapped. They offer people their "exclusive membership" which is reduced pricing in exchange for a review which explains why their google reviews are so highly rated and why many of them are incomplete or just based off a first visit. I've attached screenshots of reviews from other 3rd party websites which much more accurately represent this place. I was told at the beginning I would lose inches and 20 pounds in the first month. Neither of these ended up being the case. They explicitly told me from the beginning that what I eat wouldn't change just when I eat would. This was a blatant lie, I had to completely change my eating habits on the program and was having to figure out the meal plan on my own since their "meal plan" which is valued at $669 is ultimately just a list of ingredients.Despite knowing I was vegetarian from the first consultation, they sold me a meal plan that included only 4 usable protein options out of 38, and I wasn't even given their protein shakes or bars until I repeatedly and persistently asked. Their $669 meal plan turned out to be nothing more than a list of ingredients. They should have from the beginning told me this program would not be right for me. I had an employee tell me (once I was signed up) in the past 8 years they've had 8 successful cases with vegetarians- those are terrible statistics. Furthermore, the official Soza website (sozaweightloss.com) has the recipe ebook listed for $9. I accepted their exclusive membership because I told them I couldn't afford the original plan - they never once mentioned any kind of cancellation fee. I was forced to pay a $598 charge to cancel and was threatened that if I attempted to dispute this charge they would charge me the full initial cost of the 3 month long program of they had valued at $4,293. This is predatory and unethical billing, plain and simple. All in all, I ended up paying almost half of the total amount anyway without any of the results they promised I'd see in the first month. Some other things that are truly shocking. I only had one of the 8 mp2 treatments that were a part of my plan. The tech performing it went out of her way to tell me I would have no bruising when I hadn't asked if I would. That same day I started to bruise and over the course of time it continued to get worse, I documented it over time. Like everything else in the past when I reached out about it they were inconsistent and then told me bruising was normal up to a week. It has been over a week and I still have significant bruising. When I reached out today about it and sent pictures they said nothing about it. This seems like a clear case medical malpractice. I saw a review that said there were no doctors or nurses on staff, while I cannot confirm this I can say I never saw any doctor's certificate. To my knowledge, there are no doctors or dietitians on staff. One employee identified herself as a medical assistant but that's all. I was given factually, patently incorrect nutritional advice that. I was initially told to stay away from avocado and as I was canceling I was told I could do avocado because I'm vegetarian and could use it as a "protein source". Another inconsistency from them but also blatant misinformation- anyone with a basic knowledge of nutrition knows avocado is a fat source at only 4 grams of protein per an entire avocado. They also told me plant based soy makes you gain weight which is 1. untrue and 2. The only kind of soy that exists is plant based. You can buy their protein bars under a different brand name from Amazon or Walmart so it's nothing innovative or exclusive to them. They just rebrand them as their own but on the individual wrapper they say "Divine bar". Their website has different pricing for the vitamins and supplements. When I questioned what I was charged for vitamins based on pricing on the website I was told that my pricing was for the entire program (I only received one of each) and that they recommend people don't look at the website Every time I reached out about an issue I had I was told something different. When I tried to cancel because I did not see the promised results I asked for a refund and an employee told me she had never seen the company give a refund to anyone. Furthermore, they do not disclose that if you cancel before your full treatment is done (which is at their whim how long it sho

They assured me that it was. I get there on a Thursday afternoon and go in the back and ask about it as I did not see the oxygen machine. She explained that they don't have that and they use oxygen creams! I was so upset as I was lied to. So since I had the day off I decided to try it. When I woke up Friday morning my face was so dry and red. I called them to tell them and she said she would have the esthetician call me as she may have some creams to help. I also told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she assured me that she would have her call me. It is now Saturday afternoon and I have not heard from anyone!!! This is such bad business as they don't care about your skin and just want your money!!! There are plenty of other reputable salons around that are honest, care about the clients skin and have better customer service!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
