I loved the fact that he asked me questions but also broke everything down for me. I hate when I got see a doctor and they leave me hanging with the information and lost. I didn't experience that at all with him. He also cares. When I went in my blood pressure was high which he educated me on, explained the risks, provided me remedies, and explained how high blood pressure and medication interacts with one another. I was so grateful for that. He didn't just overlook my blood pressure and hand me a prescription he waited to have my blood pressure taken care of first. He went through my meal plan and the programs with me carefully. I can't wait for my follow up visit with him next week and to see my results from working with him after a month!

Months ago, I called to reschedule my appointment that was booked for the next day only to be told they would charge me even for rescheduling. How does this spa expect customers to pay a cancellation fee, then reschedule, and still want to go back for service? This is a terrible business practice, especially in Dallas where there are so many other spa options. It's unfortunate that they think they can run a service business with such unfriendly policies. I would not be returning and have found more customer friendly environment. I found a better spa on Preston Rd and they definitely allow RESCHEDULES FOC within 24hrs.
