Attempted to call on 4 different days with no response, drove to the address found and groupon and was unable to find the store. GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! Do NOT Buy this Groupon! Groupon gives you the option to give 3 appointments time options, I chose Friday 6 when I got off work and alternate on Saturday afternoon. I received the confirmation email back from Groupon that the business confirmed my 1st choice, Friday at 6. So I get a call while I'm at work, that my appt is Friday at 4???? WTF? So I called, they tell me they are already booked for 6, and can't get me until Saturday.. Well, I already have a planned/booked weekend. So the manager Susan tells me, they're system is not booked to Groupon???? Wtf again, so why do you provide that option??? This place is great. The location my not impress, but the service will. I've gotten a massage from here on several occasions. I perfer the chair massage becasue it allows me to get in quickly and back to work. Twice I gotten therapy from Chris, she is awesome. Her chair massages are exactly what I needed. I have been wanting to try this place out for years and finally decide to do so. I saw a groupon and thought it was the perfect opportunity. I bought the groupon, waited about a week, set up my appointment through the groupon website, then I called the next morning just to confirm they got it and also the person I would be seeing. I waited until my massage date on 08-30-2017. I arrive at least 15 minutes early. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk woman who asked me if I have been there before, offered me something to drink and gave me some paper work that I could fill out. I filled out everything and returned it. By the time I finished, just about 5 minutes later my masseuse, Alisha, comes out and introduces herself. We go back to the room, which was very cozy, we talk a bit about my trouble areas and how I would like to be worked on. She then steps out, I get undressed and comfortable on the table. During the massage she made sure I was okay with the pressure, if I wanted less or more. There was some small talk about how I need to stretch more (I definitely do and I know it), and she finally confirmed that I have flat feet, I knew they looked kind of flat but I thought I had a good arch lol. Now I know for sure why my feet/ankles are always bothering me. After awhile my massage was over, I felt amazing and hated that it was over. I definitely enjoyed my experience this is my first massage in a few years. Alisha was wondering, I can't recommend her enough. If you happen to go here definitely ask for her. My best friend wanted a massage for her birthday and I wanted to do one for us in the same room and the staff here was so accomodating! We got two different types of massages; a hot stone one for my friend and a sports one for me. The staff was so great at what they did and friendly! I think we laughed and talked the whole way through; it was a great experience for my friend's birthday and we were so relaxed when it was all over that my friend actually fell asleep! It is in a strip mall, so don't let the appearances deceive you - the services are great! They offer a wide variety of things I didn't even know people had done to them and were more than willing to explain what it all was and what was going on. read more

As the previous Poster says, the services here are far better than their location would suggest; in fact, if they were located elsewhere (or had a slightly more sophisticated interior), I'd go far more often. Marit {truly hope I'm spelling her name correctly!} is won-der-ful, and I have been to her for several Swedish massages. While I'd mistakenly tried another Massage spot in Irving recently (see my other Posts), I can say the professionals at Irving Massage Therapy truly try their best to respect and accommodate Clients. read more

Irving Massage is highly unprofessional. My appointment started late. The sheets on the massage tale had clearly seen better days. The therapist put copious amounts of oil on me during the massage and did nothing after she was finished to wipe me down, or supply me with towels to wipe myself down. I tried wiping myself down with the sheets, but removal of the oil needed more than a flimsy sheet, needed, in fact, a full shower. This was not an oil that disappears into the skin, but formed a sticky, smelly coating all over my body. The silk shirt I wore home will have to be dry-cleaned to remove the oil. The final touch was when I was paying to ask me if I wanted to add a tip, a request which I have never received before from a massage therapist. read more

the lady in charge of booking appointments should be fired. she has no idea how to do her job. I booked a 5 oclock appt . their website still has their old address listed I called to let them know that I went to their old address but was on my way.. because they close at 6 of course she didn't answer the phone.. but she has caller ID (I know because she called me earlier saying she missed my call) I called 6 times to get correct address.. no answer.. I was able to fine another address on google & it brought me to the right place.. she must've be shocked when I walked in bc she jumped right up. I told her what happened and she explained she could only do a 30 min massage, which was fine.. when I told her that I needed the lymphatic drainage massage she then informed me that they don't offer it... AGAIN ITS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE... she then stated that I didn't tell her that's the type of massage I was looking for, but she asked or stated that their website was no longer up to date.. the massage therapist might be great, however the receptionist needs training and their website needs updating. read more
