And I found it! I have been here twice already. The building and office are both conveniently located so easy to get to both! Plenty of parking and I am always able to get pretty close to the door even when it seems full. The appointment process was pretty quick and easy beforehand over the phone. What I love most about this office is its efficiency: I am in and out! Many doctors are notorious for having patients waiting for close to an hour in the waiting room and then perfunctorily rushing us through an exam with no follow-ups. Not the case here. I came and began filling out paperwork and before I was done, I was called back to the room. I was seen and heard. I felt very taken care of and my prescriptions were ready that evening when I went to pick them up. The prescribed medicines have subsided my inflammations and now I hope I am on my way to healthier skin for what I hope was a one off due to the stresses and anxiety of a global pandemic. My follow-up visit was equally appreciated. I think I waited for less than five minutes after check-in and was seen in less than five minutes again after I was taken to a room. I have only seen Allyson the physician assistant and I am very happy in her care. I felt that she really listened and thought about a proper path forward. I also felt that she had compassion however subtle for how uncomfortable I was. I felt safe and comfortable which is important when you see your doctor. I hate feeling judged, ignored or not listened to by people who are supposed to be a help. Additionally, both nurses were efficient and courteous on both visits. I would highly recommend this practice but here are a few things they could do to improve even though I am giving them five stars... (1) I would love it if they were paperless upon check-in (this can be done beforehand online and/or in office via a whiteboard or a tablet/computer. (2) Although I was scheduled for a follow-up before I left on the second visit, I was not on the first visit - that would have been ideal as I had to call myself and was lucky enough after calling back twice to get into a cancellation spot so I could remain on time for my follow-up (3) My prescription was sent over but percentages/strengths were left out of the compound so this is delaying completion of my order. They were contacted in the early afternoon hours but it looks like they will not be returning the call until the next business day. (4) I always appreciate an obligatory hand wash when medical staff enter the room just to know they are keeping everything clean especially if they make contact with my skin. Again, highly recommended.

Still not seeming like it was healing right, we went to a different practice. He said it looked like a keloid and treated it, did not change, so he sent us to a plastic surgeon. He treated it to soften it for surgery for year. When he was able to finally do the surgery, he asked how many stitches the original derm (mindful) used to close the incision. They didn't use any. He said it looked as if some of the glue they used got into the incision and that is why it formed the keloid. I was so mad! Not only did we tell them it did not look right, but they obviously did not do a good job since they got glue in the wound. I have never gone back obviously, And while I did go there at that time, I will say they over charge for all of their esthetics. I feel they are more about money than how than anything else.

I've never waited more than about 5 minutes for my appointments. I appreciate that they always start with samples before writing a prescription, it helps reduce total cost. They're also incredibly responsive. When they prescribed something that gave an odd reaction, I called the office and within minutes was speaking with the doctor, who changed the medication on the spot. If you need a dermatologist for anything, I highly recommend them!

Had a really bad experience with this clinic. My first visit was virtual and the medication prescribed did not work. Was asked to provide pictures prior to the visit which were not even reviewed by anyone based on the questions that were asked. So I scheduled an in person visit with the nurse practitioner as a follow up. There was no attempt for a thorough diagnosis. Generic triggers like weather and stress were given as findings. I sought a second opinion and the doctor performed required tests and laid out treatment options. That is what we expect from any medical practitioner. The two visits were a total waste of time and money with incorrect diagnosis.

My sister had developed some brown spots on her back, along with a small skin lesion on the side of her nose and a larger wort type growth on her forearm. She hates going to doctors, especially for every little thing. Our sister who has assisted her with care since she lost her husband 4 yrs ago, said she was concerned about some of the areas and we should really get them looked at soon. Her nurse practitioner recommended she go to a dermatologist because some looked concerning. I tried to get an appointment for her but had very little luck since the few dermatologists in the area were not able to see her for 4-6 months. A relative recommended Rash Decisions and Dr. Marchand. She drives from her Dallas office to her Beaumont office a couple of days a month. Her website gave me a clear list of services up front, including the cost for a full body skin cancer check, which was what she needed. I was lucky enough to get an appointment for her the following weekend, when the Doctor happened to be in town. My sister has a very low tolerance for pain, but Dr. Marchand was very understanding and gentle. I feel like she took her time and was not rushed and fully explained every concern we had. She reassured us that the moles and brown spots were normal part of aging for some people. She removed the two areas her doctor's office was concerned about. They were sent to pathology to be checked further (with her insurance covering that part). My sister said she felt like she was in good hands the whole time and we were glad she didn't have to wait 4 or more months to be seen. We are so happy to have found Rash Decisions and highly recommend Dr. Marchand, especially If you don't want to wait 6 months and are concerned about skin cancer or you need to get in to see a dermatologist quickly, for any dermatology services. However when I arrived at 115, not only was I not on the list, but I was not permitted to go upstairs and purchase the expensive item I needed AND the office staff was IN THE OFFICE. UPDATE! I received a phone call from Dr. Marchand's office very apologetic for the mixup. I received erroneous information from someone on staff. The office made amends that greatly benefitted me and I am satisfied.

The people that do scheduling are good and efficient, too! But, the front desk that handles all of these wonderful doctors is not nearly of the same caliber in handling their patients. I was standing in line at the desk and was told to sit down and wait for the 2 people ahead of me to check out, and they would call me. I waited 20 minutes, well after the 2 people were served, and finally I walked up to an empty front desk to ask if they had forgotten me. They had. They are also big on using technology and your smart phone for appointments, rescheduling, confirming appointments and messaging you. Sometimes you will complete check-in, so you are confirmed, and then a day or two later a new request comes up for the same thing. This was not a pleasant process and left me wondering if it worked properly to confirm my appointment. It may be particularly difficult for older people who aren't as proficient with technology. I have 43 years as a computer engineer and still didn't care for the check-in process. All of the doctors here seem very good, knowledgeable, friendly, and while they don't rush you, I was seen and diagnosed quickly and accurately by Alex, given a thorough explanation of my condition and a prescription that helped. One prescription was expensive and the doctor gave me samples for free, so kind. I also was able to discuss other things, moles and a skintag, and was happy with the treatment options. After I come back to do removal of these, I'll be back again to do a full body scan and see what else they find. I'm 66 and never have been to a Dermatologist before. I'll update this review if anything changes with my experience. Great place, fantastic doctors, but could be better served by their front office staff.

On one of the many sleepless nights with a burning itch on my neck, I found Dr. Abramovits on Yelp and found I could get an appointment the next morning. I went, and I was attended to swiftly. His assistant took ample notes, and he came in and gave me a warm greeting - it wasn't the rash, trust me. He was very nice and could see the pain I was enduring. He prescribed me some steroid foam and off I went with some samples to get started. I finally had some relief and took a long nap. This was a Friday. Things were going well, but my reaction seemed to flare up again on Sunday. I made an appointment first thing Monday to see him later that morning. He sees me, is very nice about and tells me I need to give the steroid foam more time but saw that I needed a prescription strength moisturizer due to the effects of the steroid. Now, just a few days later, my rash is starting to clear up. The rash itself has been one of the worst experiences of my life - I know, some people have it worse - but Dr. Abramovits gave me the treatment I needed and was understanding of my plight, not charging me for my second visit since only the weekend had passed. I'll be seeing him again soon for my patch test, and I'll follow up then.

Then I had to come back because the one doctor doesn't do any cutting and I had a weird colored mole. But wait, they didn't actually take that mole but cut another one I wasn't worried about that was in a place you couldn't stitch so I had an open sore for a couple weeks Worst of all, I was waiting to see what insurance would cover and exploring told the lady in person and over the phone a couple weeks later to call me once insurance was done and I'd pay it immediately. Instead I get a call from collections. Adding insult to injury, they will not stop emailing me no matter how many times I ask. Stay far far away from this crappy dermatology clinic.

I have never met a more thorough dermatologist and trust my care to her; she's worth the trip. In 2021, I needed surgery to remove a spot/deep tissue that was diagnosed as melanoma and she referred me to an excellent surgeon who also had the best bedside manners. I have never had a negative experience in Dr. Kingston's office and am always treated with respect even though my visits are always for skin screenings versus cosmetic procedures. She can do it all!

When we arrived on time a Dr. Yasir was my Doctor. Not the person pictured above! They have a team in this office. This De. YASIR kept us waiting after other patrons were seen before us, though not scheduled before us. When he finally saw us he rushed us. Looked at my son's arms from afar. He didn't come close nor even roll up his sleeve. I did. No allergy test, no samples of blood or urine, and he didn't listen to my story. Just ordered a stronger cream after he asked me what medicine he was given. I said didn't you look at his records? He then consulted his assistant nurse. Yes he says and ignored my questions. The cream he ordered barely covered the affected area and lasted only 4 days. I called the office and all they did was demand 35 dollars. I had no problem with it but I needed the Dr to reorder or do more for John. When we returned for follow up..same thing. Before we were called I noticed only people of color left in the waiting room. Women and children. I was late this time but the other women were not..because I asked them. All those asked in 1st, were white or Hispanic. Then they noticed too.
