I would give him 10 stars if I could. If you are losing hair, don't wait and make your appt now…read morewith Yaker Hair Restoration. I went to see Dr. Yaker after losing my hair to covid twice. I wanted to know what else I could do because I had been using some products like Rogaine for women which was a tacky foam mess. I didn't like how my hair felt after. I also used Nutrifol (a pill) you take everyday and was not seeing results with that either. I needed professional help! I found the scalp camera pretty fascinating. My scalp had so much build up and it was quite gross! Dr. Yaker suggested I use his glycolic shampoo and conditioner, Hair Lab 2 with is liquid drops you put in at night, and his hair vitamins. Within 10 weeks, my hair was growing out. I recently had my 9 month check up and my hair is finally growing out again but better. My hair is thicker than before I lost my hair. I will take it! Check out my before and after pics. You can also watch my pinned reels on my IG to see the full story. He not only helped me, but my husband as well. He is going from gray hair back to brown hair with his drops. Totally worth the 9 month check up! Hair loss can be devastating to both women and men. Seek a professional before you spend money online. Dr. Yaker is very knowledgeable and helps you understand the process.

WHAT MY $11K FUE LOOKS LIKE AFTER 13 MONTHS…read more THREE REASONS FOR THE RATING: 1. REDNESS - I was told initially that scalp could stay red for the first 8 wks. I'm still just as red as I was 2 wks post-op. According to Dr. Yaker, I'm one of those "outliers" and that it will go away with time but I'm skeptical, to say the least. I've been wearing "camouflage" make-ups to cover up for months. 2. HAIR DENSITY - By now, ~95% of transplanted hair should be present. You can see that density is clearly lacking on both sides (especially the right). I was informed on the day of surgery that two technicians will be performing the majority of the treatment, splitting left and right. As a clinician myself, I wasn't convinced that Dr. Yaker had full control of the procedure. Now I have different densities of hair on either side. 3. HAIR QUALITY - Most of my transplanted hair looks and feels like "pigtails" and not like my own hair. It's been the same for months and I don't see any improvement. I heard from another Dr. that when hair is too deeply transplanted, it can turn out as "pigtails" permanently. Overall, I think this is a catastrophic failure. Nothing from this procedure has met my expectations. I assume we won't see my after photo in their website's "Hall of Fame."

My husband and I always drive by this place on our way to the Ranch 99 plaza. I googled them and…read moresaw that they provided head spa so I have been wanting to give it a try. Finally, I got to go! It was 1/2 of this year and I got their scalp detox treatment while my husband got a massage. I loved my experience! Tina was the nice lady who did my session. She was so easy to talk to and had a lot of knowledge regarding my hair health. She gave me tips on everything and I have been following her advice ever since! We loved our experience so much that we came back again for valentine's day and we both got the massage this time around. Summer did my massage and it was definitely a relaxing massage. Although she did focus a lot on my upper spine area so it definitely was a bit sore after, but partly my fault for not speaking up. Overall, this place is amazing. I will be back to try more of the different services they offer. Staff is great. Clean lobby and space. There is a changing room with lockers, robes and slippers. They have 2-3 private massage rooms. There are 4 scalp treatment beds side by side, but still plenty of space on one side and the other side are for facials (?) I'm assuming. After our massages, they gave us 2 $10 gift certificates and 2 boxes of chocolates. It was so sweet! It was pouring rain that day and I saw a staff walk out some of the customers with an umbrella to their car, which I thought was so thoughtful! Note: Parking is limited in front of their store so make sure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Here's a polished Yelp review version that keeps your tone honest but structured and clear:…read more I've tried a couple of hair spas hoping to finally find one that delivers a truly relaxing, high-quality experience, but unfortunately this was another disappointment. I came in excited because I love scalp massages and this place had great reviews. Sadly, it did not live up to the hype. The water pressure was extremely low, the hand pressure during the massage was very light, and the entire service felt rushed. It was also difficult to relax because the therapists were talking loudly among themselves throughout the appointment. The products felt cheap and not thoughtfully selected. I noticed they had oils, Olaplex, and even Dyson blow dryers with a diffuser attachment available -- which was exciting as someone with curly hair -- but none of those were actually used. The diffuser in particular would have made a big difference for my hair type. The scalp analysis seemed interesting at first, but it felt more like a gimmick. My scalp has been inflamed lately due to the winter, yet I was told my analysis came back "perfect" with zero dandruff. That didn't align with what I've been experiencing, which made the whole consultation feel surface-level rather than personalized. Overall, I think these places gain popularity because of TikTok and social media aesthetics, but the actual service quality just isn't there. For me, it's a one-and-done experience. Also it would have been nice to just let my hair air dry instead of the big puffy mess they made with the blow dryer, had to go home and reshower before going out in public.

I had tried everything short of Rogaine prior to making an appointment here (tried PRP, derma rolling, topicals from Insta, etc) because trichology felt too foreign of a concept to me. Looking back I'm sad for myself that I didn't come to Kerri sooner. In early 2023, she estimated that I lost probably 70% of the hair on top of my head. I signed onto her program to meet with her every two weeks for 6 months, she taught me about scalp health and keeping the body pH balanced, and she showed me how to care for my scalp and my hair and my body and to trust the process. After the first six month program is over I had made quite a bit of progress under the hair microscope and through photos that I wanted to continue another 6 months. After that, I decided to see her once every 4 to 6 weeks just because I was not ready to leave lol it is a little treatment for myself and my hair and I enjoy going back and knowing that I am caring for my scalp the best that I can. I've attached pictures to show my progress. Right now I have new growth all over my head, 4 inches long, 3 inches long, 2 inches long, and baby hairs everywhere. I feel so grateful for Kerri, I have learned so much and I am excited for the progress I will see as my hair grows out and thickens into mature strands.
