I've had a great experience with Lymphatic Express. I'm post op lipo360 and am getting my massages at the Dallas facility. Bre is amazing. I had my first few massages with her, she's SO kind, listens to your needs and has such a gentle but effective touch perfect for those early days right after surgery. She also took my drains out and was an absolute pro! Whitney is really great as well. I've had a massage with her and will continue going to her as I'm in the stages of healing where I need a little more pressure. This is the second time I choose lymphatic express for my post op care. I have had a great experience with them. I am 3 weeks post op from chin lipo & buccal fat removal. I always follow their recommendations on how often to go & Ive never had any complications in my post op care such as seromas or fibrosis (but even if it was to develop it, they have all the necessary tool to help). I did however get pain in one cheek that had a lot of inflammation a few days after my procedure & they started buccal fat massages. They actually went into my mouth & fully massaged my cheek (using gloves of course) & it helped! The inflammation started going down right away after each massage & by day 5 the swelling in my cheek was hardly even noticeable. They are very professional & actually care for their patients. I attached photo, the first one was taken April 22nd when my cheek had a a lot of inflammation and swelling in my cheek & the second just 5 days later April 27 with the inflammation coming down. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MESSY MESSY EMPLOYEES!!!!! I started coming here after my surgery one week post op. Everything was good I was going with TIFFANY, she was doing all my massages by hand and they were great. Once I was further in my recovery, Tiffany was still doing hand massages.I do wish I was put on skin tightening... I'm now two months post op and the owner NOEL, called me to tell me I needed to be moved to a senior therapist, because I had no pictures or measurements in my file. I'm thinking that's weird, I'm already used to my therapist....... so I go to the appointment with senior therapist, WHITNEY..... not one time was the appointment about me or my concerns, it was Whitney asking me questions about Tiffany the whole time. She lives for drama! She left the middle of the appointment to call the owner to start drama. she kept telling me, "you're not getting what you're supposed to. Noel needs to credit you all your massages back and you can restart". As the appointment goes on, Whitney says "I just credited 3 massages to your package, Im just gonna tell noel I did it, "she's going to call you". I told Whitney my concern areas were my arms. And guess what, she didn't address it.......I leave the appointment with no pictures or measurements.. fast forward almost a week, no calls, no emails, no communication from the owner. I reach out to the owner and her receptionist answers the phone and says "YES????" all these employees are so unprofessional and rude. to wrap this up, Noel over speaks while I'm talking to her.. they are taking my massages and keeping the money when I paid $850. The owner is unprofessional and did not credit me back anything that I was supposed to have, and Whitney never credited back my massages. Noel said she was bringing another therapist from a different location and I could start with "HIM!!"? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT NUDE WOMAN, POST OP WOULD WANT TO BE MASSAGED BY A MAN???? The owner wasn't worried about me at all, it was all about money. Almost 1k to this establishment to be scammed and treated poorly. don't waste your time or breath on this place. LOOK ELSE WHERE. Had a total knee replacement about a month ago. Went to see LaKeisha for a manual lymph massage. She was super pleasant and also is an orthopedic tech so bonus for me! Massage was soothing and relaxing. I felt much better after and made sure to drink a lot of fluids. Leg drained some above the knee and just felt better overall.
