But in walked into this cute building, I was greeted by the warmest and sweetest lady Wendy, who also happened to be the owner. She was so patient as I described my congestion symptoms and took the time to educate me on how ozone therapy could help. I will say that I was skeptical initially...but after just 2 treatments, I was able to breathe better that I ever could in YEARS. I even took my family the second time because our son had an ear infection and Wendy basically zapped it away. Sounds too good to be true, I know, but it was such a relief to see my son feeling like his normal happy self so quickly. Can't wait to try come back to try their sauna and foot bath next time!

We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back!

He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. It's mostly a sauna house, as the name states, there's only one cold plunge. The staff is super friendly, but the cold plunge machine itself isn't very comfortable. It's the cool wooden looking one, but you can't stretch your legs. So you have to sit on your knees or cross legged to be fully submerged. I think they kept it at 48 degrees, and honestly doesn't feel so cold because of the small size. I have been here once before and the sauna is nice, it's small but that means it gets really hot! I love the vitamin c infused showerheads they have. It's not bougie by like an equinox, but it's a lovely place where you can get a sweat (lots of avails for sauana, but book in advance for cold plunge).

My hair is coming back and my hip pain it helps keep it manageable after a session. I notice in days I do not go my pain is bad so it doesn't seem to cure it yet, but I need no medication on the days I use the red light.
