When I first went to her, I was suffering the pain on my right upper thigh (maybe about few months). It was so bad that I got cramp sometimes during the sleep and it woke me up. I also can't do certain positions during workout. She really knows how to help. She took time asking questions during the cupping sessions and even taught me the proper way to do certain workout positions. She is an athlete herself so she understands. She even told me it could be the shoes I wear to workout that isn't the right one, so it might be the reason why I hurt myself. And she was right. After I changed the shoes, I got better. I think 6 months in, I was able to do those workout that used to bother my leg so much again without pain. I am just so happy that I found her. If you suffer those pain and it just will not go away, highly recommend to go see her for Cupping Myofascial Release. It will change your life. Thank you Camila. Forever grateful for your passion for helping people get better.
