Now, I have to drive 25 miles and about that much time depending on traffic. BUT, it is totally worth it because after having gone for a medical massage for the past 10 months on a weekly basis, my chronic back pain and mobility is significantly improved and much more manageable. Choosing a medical massage therapist who knows the muscular system so well and knows the appropriate techniques to use for a neuromuscular massage has been life changing. The beautiful location for Solace Medical Massage housed in the Salons of Volterra McKinney is clean, comfortable, peaceful and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend Solace Medical to anyone who is seriously looking for massage therapy that will address a host of health issues you may be experiencing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tricia. When I met her 10 months ago, I was a bit nervous about getting a massage, but Tricia with her sweet, caring personality and professional demeanor made me feel comfortable immediately. I suffer with a bulging disc in my back and chronic pain as well as inflammation due to an autoimmune disease. I see a pain management doctor and a rheumatologist both who are very supportive of medical massage as a part of my treatment. Tricia is so knowledgeable and well trained to understand various health issues particularly muscular-skeletal problems. Her techniques and skills have made a huge difference for me. Unfortunately, medicare does not cover my massage cost but medical massage has made such a difference in the management of my pain and and improved mobility, as well as sleeping better, that I have budgeted this as an important part of my overall healthcare. Over the months I have come to trust and respect Tricia as a highly skilled professional. I highly recommend that you to consider Tricia in your next step toward caring for your body.

The left was bothering me also, but not nearly as much. I visited a vascular doctor thinking it was possibly vein related. He diagnosed me with lymphedema and wrote a referral to Sure Cure Physical Therapy & Wellness for a procedure known as lymphatic drainage massage to decrease the lymph node swelling. I was very reluctant at first, but was in so much pain and discomfort, I was willing to try it. After only a couple of treatment sessions from Dr. Niti Vayas, I noticed a big difference. The pain was not as bad, and the swelling had gone done. After a few more sessions, I can now flex my foot up and down (which I hadn't been able to do in months). I can even wear my closed-in shoes.
