We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back!

A warmed towel, rod and heated lavender scented pillow were all incorporated. My neck wasn't feeling the massage headrest long term. So, I moved myself onto the bed completely. Do what you gotta do. The massage was helpful for releasing some knots around my shoulders and overall circulation. I also added the under eye patch treatment. The rooms are a curtain away from each other. So, note that once back near and/or in your room that the staff communicates in hushed whispers. I wasn't quite sure when the appointment was to start and finish. I feel like I blinked and it over. The red light room was filthy. The nurse wasn't friendly and gave me a hard time about the shot that I was getting. I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. My home store would never treat us members like that. My experience was poor and I will never return. Very disappointing.
