They have a rewards program that states "ANY 10 services and you get a $30 credit free". However this isn't the case. Somehow, a foot massage of 30 mins isn't considered a service due to the time. Once you add a tip, it comes out to the price of an hour massage. So my consensus, the tip is my continued business which come out to the $30 credit. :/ Not ideal but fair.

She has THE greatest bedside manner and can quickly understand the root cause of an issue with a quick assessment of your pupils, tongue, pulse, etc. With Dr. Liang and the practice of acupuncture, and Chinese herbs, my hormones balanced tremendously, wiping out all of the previous hormone disruptions I once experienced. I also found I had more steady weight loss during the months I attended twice weekly. During this time I also had a sinus attack and guess what? There are Chinese herbs for that! My sinus issues are minimal to none because of the one-time treatment that arrested this life-long issue. And from Dr. Yenny I have learned valuable techniques affecting the meridian points, to perform at home. Overall I am more than pleased with the service provided by this fine establishment. I highly recommend Dr. Liang for the practice of acupuncture. Further, I am grateful that my insurance covers this type of treatment. More insurance companies should!

Not even a hello as he walked in late for my appt.. His second set of syllable's were "so what's your story?" I should have gotten up & left right then. (Read the paperwork) Instead I endured the brutally painful position of the bolsters that he forced me unto. I had to call for help by yelling for anyone in ear shot to come. There was no bell! This man is the worst communicator I've ever dealt with. He has: Zero Compassion A TX sized ego that's unwarranted given his unimpressive needling skills. Self Important = Spirit of Pride Negative (not one good word proceeding from his lips) News reports say the clients at Arlington Natural Wellness will soon have his abrasive personality to halt their recoveries like a slap upside the head. This might be Dr. Hickey's biggest hiring mistake ever. (Watch and see, he can't last long). Wait till he hurts this doctors patients. I had to see a chiropractor several times a week after his neck bolster SERIOUSLY compressed & subluxated my vertebra while my head had needles in it & I couldn't move! Get a pillow! First do no harm. This fool is doing harm. I couldn't get out of his office fast enough. His secretary plays the role of nurse and shrink. She's neither & it's apparent. I left there almost needing to call an ambulance, I was in outrageous pain from my Tryling neck injury needling. The pain shot my BP dangerous high & as soon as I made it to the car I had to use a rescue medicine to lower it. As I'm paying money for my mistake, by not buying the set of 3, it was clear I wasn't returning. So, THE RECEPTIONIST said, the acupuncture might have "stirred things up", as in psychological stuff. Oh NO! I've had the best Lac on earth & wonders of wonders not one thing was "stirred up." Pathetic excuse as I have all of my stuff in order. Her lack of taking responsibility for subpar care resulting in injuries sustained under his "care" would be amusing if I didn't have a PhD in a psychology. When the front desk lady dares to start passing out Psych Counseling, you know she's drank the cool aid. Another desperate attempt to get a person to return. Oh how glad I am to have NOT bought the 3 visit Groupon. One visit was more than enough to know he a useless waste of my time and money. I easily spent $400 fixing my neck. He can't build nor maintain his own private practice. It's all due to his personality. His depression sucks the joy out any person in his presence. He can only get Coupon City Customers. He's not worth a $30 Groupon, why would anyone pay full price to have a disgusting encounter with the truest of jerks. When you touch me, I pick up your essence. The facts speak for themselves. Hundreds of Groupon's sold and ONLY one 5 star review. Well here's why. I came, I was injured and this nightmare of a "provider" is now about to be unleashed on unsuspecting new victims. But my hands are now clean. I've told my story. I didn't have a story to tell until this man verbally abused me, treated me like garbage and physically hurt me. P.S. It is documented in my DC's notes what happened. Proof gladly supplied. Oh Dr. Hickey Why did you drink the Cool Aid.
