We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back!

Then Madeline responds with , "However, from my understanding there has not been an error made on our end. She didn't know when to stop - "I can absolutely help you with getting your membership cancelled. I will follow up this message with a form for you to fill out. Since we do require a 30 day notice for cancellations, there will be one more charge coming out of your account on 5/17." Then they want to charge again for another month! I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. My home store would never treat us members like that. My experience was poor and I will never return. Very disappointing.
