We were supposed to have an hour massage with an add on of the neck and head lavender oil. She barely massaged me & didn't dig deep was more of a rub. I explained to her I was pregnant in the beginning so I was laying on my side and she told me later on in the massage that she could only do 45min. During these "45min" she kept going in and out to answer the door or check out customers. My massage was probably only a total of 20min. They absolutely SCAMMED us. Not relaxing at all. I was laying for over 15min with no one massaging me.

This isn't the first time that my massage was interrupted, the last time was due to phone calls. I came back as they do a good job other than the interruptions but I won't be back again. My advice would be to only allow appointments and/or have a receptionist at the front that can assist with appointment scheduling. Oh & there is a service fee for using cards.
