We were supposed to have an hour massage with an add on of the neck and head lavender oil. She barely massaged me & didn't dig deep was more of a rub. I explained to her I was pregnant in the beginning so I was laying on my side and she told me later on in the massage that she could only do 45min. During these "45min" she kept going in and out to answer the door or check out customers. My massage was probably only a total of 20min. They absolutely SCAMMED us. Not relaxing at all. I like that the beds are one flat surface with a hole instead of the typical head rest thing most places have which are really uncomfortable. So this type of bed is preferred imo. The massage therapist was polite and they do face massages which is nice. Overall good experience but if you want strong hands and deep pressure it's probably not the place for you.
