The instructor's are mediocre at best, do yourself a favor and go to the other studio in Prosper where they know what they are doing. Oh and make sure if you have questions you're ready to wait for answers. Apparently the staff has no idea how to answer anything, you have to wait days to hear from the owners. If you sign their contract, you can't even change your plan for the first 90 days. I get not canceling but save yourself the headache when you find out how terrible the classes/instructors are and just don't.

The studio is quite industrial feeling - very large with 14 reformers - they are the balance body machines but have a wider footbar which I appreciated. I stopped in to get in a work out while in the area for work. I always know there's going to be a studio for me in DFW. There are two location for BEYOND and I got to take advantage of their first visit program - two classes for $29 even though I only got to use one class while I was there. Pleasantly surprised to know the staff does answer phones -- she called me back and answered my questions and let me know that waitlists do move and that I did have a chance to get into the class I wanted to. They have their own app which is linked to MindBody. I would go again if I were in the area - but I do want people to know it's not traditional reformer pilates and more hitt and circuit style.

My name is posted on this review and yet no one from the studio has bothered to call me. We have complained in person at the studio and it seems that the only way to get someone to respond is by leaving a review. As far as the leather repair tape being a short term fix, please define what a short term fix is? Is it months? The reformers that were "fixed" have been in need of repair for months. Those holes in multiple reformers didn't pop up over night. I am glad to hear that you will be cleaning the studio but again, that has been needed for months. More importantly, it should be happening daily by a cleaning staff given the amount of people you have each day with there being at least one deep clean each week where everything is thoroughly scrubbed. I've had a couple of procedures (unrelated to exercise) since starting and every doctor has said I can take basic classes as soon as I feel able to, unlike other places I've been where there are no modifications available. The instructors are great! They get to know you and are very encouraging. Pilates is for anyone. Don't worry that you won't fit in. Don't worry that it looks like it's hard to get into classes at first. If you sign up for the one that you can go to several different studios in the area, you'll have a ton to choose from. The waitlist moves fast. After a year and a half, I can say this is my exercise home. I don't anticipate stopping ever.
