They no longer offer evening (6:30), late evening (8:00) classes, or advanced flow classes. If you work, it is economical to use class pass than to become a monthly member. The instruction is different too. 6 years ago, the teachers used to explain/demonstrate the pose, make corrections, and describe what to work on; I've tried several teachers, and now, they just call out the pose. Some knew I'm (was) a returnee: still, so distant, so aloof every time. Also, the cue, "If it's in your practice, do an inversion", or praising a student on his beautiful jump back. OK. Is anyone interested in helping us make these part of our practice? The studio is still beautiful and spacious. And I am eternally grateful to the wonderful teachers who taught me the fundamentals so well. Time to move on.

Not gonna lie, I struggled in the last 20 minutes of the class but when we were given a cold, essential oil-infused towel at the end, I felt like it made it all worth it. I appreciated that throughout the whole session we were told different modifications we could do and I felt very at ease. The facility itself is right next to a great coffee shop I worked at before the class and the parking lot has plenty of parking spots. Inside there were showers, lockers to put away personal items, and all the yoga essentials like mats, towels, and yoga blocks. Also went to my first sound bath and it was great - the owner was very sweet and really cares about each person that comes to the studio. Highly recommend checking out a class and/or sound bath!

They name it Earth, Air, Water, and Alchemy. Basically Earth is practicing more rooted postures, water is flexibility, and air is power yoga. alchemy is a blend. I really enjoy Poornima's classes and Tanya's in particular. Also cold scented towels at the end of the class! This is definitely a part to look forward to.

This class uses weights, resistance bands as well as your own bodyweight combined with high intensity training. Bring your yoga mat and performance towel if you have one. Having been to heated yoga classes on a consistent basis in the last year, I invested in a performance yoga towel and very happy I did. You will need the grip as well as something to catch the massive amounts of sweat, haha. Short recovery in between intervals guarantees you will get stronger in every aspect of your workout. The intensity combined with the intro and outro vinyasa flow is a wonderful mind and body combination. So, do yourself a favor and try it out! You may just get hooked and see actual results and changes in your body. I am a fan!!

I only took yoga classes for the first few months before venturing into the Shred (HIIT) classes. I'm so glad I finally tried them! I'm stronger than I've ever been and that's thanks to rotating between all of the different class types. Don't be scared to try if it is new for you! Everyone starts somewhere and the instructors are all so kind and encouraging, as is the entire Karma community.

Every class is solid, every instructor solid, studio solid. Each instructor brings something different and unique to the table and are so incredibly gifted you can tell they are truly masters of their craft. This is the best studio in the area in my book, checks all the marks and trust me, i have tried out just about all of them in town.
