The…read moreconcept is working out in a 125 degree infrared sauna to help torch calories during and after your workout while watching a pre-recorded video workout. It sounded inviting and with all the variety of workouts you can sign up for, including pilates, yoga, cycling, rowing, bands, iso, and barre, I thought this would be an amazing new workout studio to supplement my gym membership. I ended up signing up when they were running a special so I got my mat & towel (which they require you to purchase) for free, which would've been valued around $99. Monthly dues are $59 for unlimited access to this location. At first I enjoyed going to Hotworx and trying out the vast variety of workout videos. However, about 3-4 weeks in, I had tried all the workouts at least once and I noticed the videos were the same and were never being rotated out. As with any workout that you don't change up, you will hit a plateau. They were boring and no longer challenging since my body was used to the same workout routines and I had practically memorized all the moves. After a month, I decided to put in my cancellation but I was then told that you need to be a member for three months before you are eligible to put in a 60 day cancellation notice. I've never heard of gyms/studios that try to lock you in like Hotworx did. Not to mention they NEVER disclosed the part of having to be a member for three months prior to putting in your cancellation notice when I signed up. Out of the five months I have been there, their workout videos have not changed once. They did, however, add in the new barre classes. If you're looking for a workout that is boring, predictable and you want the same exact routine, look no further. Definitely try out all the classes and make sure you want to commit to at least 5 months before you sign up here!

She was talking with Stacy and i asked question about my renewal date and they just ignored and laughed . I think its all comes from management all gossiping making fun of me it was too much i asked why didn't you ask Stacy the question I asked she said i am yelling at her I have all the recording i didn't raise my voice . She told me to leave the place . They charged me twice for cancelation which i didn't cancel the class . I was explaining and the manager was rude saying i am nasty Yes i have accent i look different and yes i can speak other languages. I was treated very poor because i have accent and i look different? they gossip a lot . I treated very poor I came there just to work out nothing else. The selection of classes is great, they offer yoga, barre, Pilates (tower, reformer, and mat), cycling, suspension, bosu, and strength. The studio is clean and well equipped. It all started on a quiet Sunday Morning...fresh from church and ready to take on the day I headed to V Cycle looking for a little sweat that would make me feel ok about the delicious brunch I would devour in a few hours. But little did I know Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee conceived a child and turn them into a cycle instructor. I mean Wow.........Don't get me wrong I've been kicked by a wild donkey in the teeth once before but it was after a reckles st. Pattys day weekend...not a spin class. I mean the instructor Paula was insane.....And I mean that in the most amazing slash "my legs are dead" way. Let me explain... So when I got there Paula immediately set me up with a bike even though I got there a bit late. Point for professionalism. Next she jumped back on her bike and rode away and pushed us to the limit. Not like a kindergarten sock hop, no i mean like really pushed us. Think General Paula during Dessert Storm. But here's the awesome thing, right after she pushed us she then talked to each rider individually to help! Even gave me a towel when I was tongue out rolly eyed! She was great! Next the venue. Clean and sheik. Think classy meets space ship. This place was brand spanking new Finally the workout. After i was done with Paula's class, not only did I want to sign up for more of her classes but I also felt a part of the group. She was so inclusive and friendly. It healed my wounds from cursing her name while she was killing my legs. All in good work out fun she's the sweetest! Overall, if you're looking for a cool, fun place to work out where you're not going to get judged but you're also not going to sit on your ass. THIS is the place. You will sprinkle holy water on Paula when she's training you begging for mercy but you will then make Paula your life and spin coach after because she rocks! Enjoy the studio and god have mercy on your legs. Disclaimer: "breaking it down low" dance moves after this class will only break your hips you'll be so sore. Hurt so gooooooood sore. 100% worth it.
