Their customer service is also horrible:( Sucks because I bought a monthly membership and really wanted to enjoy it. I don't recommend bringing your business here, there are many other Pilates studios that are worth the money, and you can actually get a good workout in from.

The studio is quite industrial feeling - very large with 14 reformers - they are the balance body machines but have a wider footbar which I appreciated. I stopped in to get in a work out while in the area for work. I always know there's going to be a studio for me in DFW. There are two location for BEYOND and I got to take advantage of their first visit program - two classes for $29 even though I only got to use one class while I was there. Pleasantly surprised to know the staff does answer phones -- she called me back and answered my questions and let me know that waitlists do move and that I did have a chance to get into the class I wanted to. They have their own app which is linked to MindBody. I would go again if I were in the area - but I do want people to know it's not traditional reformer pilates and more hitt and circuit style.

I loved the welcoming environment from all of the staff members and instructors, plus those who I had a chance to interact with in class. The class itself was challenging (definitely going to be sore!), upbeat and the perfect mix of incorporating core, arms and legs. Delaney was a great instructor and made things fun. Was also such a nice touch to see a note on my locker after class - really thoughtful! Looking forward to returning when I am back in town!

I was injured during my 7th class with an instructor I had never had (Melissa) when a spring load was too heavy and I injured my hip. The instructor was not in the room and there was only one other student as the time. I stopped the movement and sat on the reformer for a few minutes as I was in extreme pain and could not get up. The instructor did not acknowledge that I was just sitting there once she reentered. I decided I could not finish the class due to my injury. The instructor still did not acknowledge me as I limped to the front. I informed the front desk that I was injured in a move that I had not done before and the spring load was way too heavy. I was not offered ice or anything. I did not receive a call from the instructor once the class was finished and did not receive a call from the studio the next day. I reported the injury to session within 24 hours and did not receive a response within the 24 hour of notification. I will not be continuing classes after this experience. Be aware if you are not have in depth knowledge of a reformer this is probably not the studio for you as you could be injured during class and the instructor and studio will not acknowledge it.
