The studio is quite industrial feeling - very large with 14 reformers - they are the balance body machines but have a wider footbar which I appreciated. I stopped in to get in a work out while in the area for work. I always know there's going to be a studio for me in DFW. There are two location for BEYOND and I got to take advantage of their first visit program - two classes for $29 even though I only got to use one class while I was there. Pleasantly surprised to know the staff does answer phones -- she called me back and answered my questions and let me know that waitlists do move and that I did have a chance to get into the class I wanted to. They have their own app which is linked to MindBody. I would go again if I were in the area - but I do want people to know it's not traditional reformer pilates and more hitt and circuit style.

When you arrive, you can expect to have a clean cubby to store your personal items, a delicious FloWater system to fill up your water bottle, a clean restroom - every time, and such cute apparel and pilates accessories for purchase. What's even more important is that EVERYONE who works at this studio, I appreciate them so much! These instructors are friendly, helpful, and effective!! For those of us who have injuries, let your instructor know so they can assist you with modifications. I have much work to do, but in the first 3 weeks of attending (4 - 5 days each week), I noticed my body was stronger! After a month, my upper back issues were gone. Since mid-Feb. I've leaned out a bit, and still, my upper back issues have not reappeared! I am super grateful for this type of physical fitness and all these ladies who have helped me feel strong! I had a credit on my account, I was not refunded, my account was canceled without my knowledge and then this location had a turnover of quite a few people and suddenly no one knows anything about how I was told my account would be rectified - they just stopped responding. I killed three more today during my 50 minute class. One in the bathroom and two in the studio near my reformer. We have complained in person at the studio and it seems that the only way to get someone to respond is by leaving a review. As far as the leather repair tape being a short term fix, please define what a short term fix is? Is it months? The reformers that were "fixed" have been in need of repair for months. Those holes in multiple reformers didn't pop up over night. I am glad to hear that you will be cleaning the studio but again, that has been needed for months. More importantly, it should be happening daily by a cleaning staff given the amount of people you have each day with there being at least one deep clean each week where everything is thoroughly scrubbed. Any reason for the toilet paper shortage?? This also seems to be an ongoing struggle.

Prosper hands down is the best one for several reasons. Clean, so many sauna rooms so you usually get the one you want to yourself, clean, the staff is kind and welcoming, did I mention it's clean? I was driving 20 min to go to this one and a new one opened in Stonebridge less than 5 min from me but I miss it. Imiss seeing the workers actually cleaning equipment and not having to look at disgusting sweat and dust stained floors in the hiit rooms. Both times they stayed 5 mins into the my scheduled session time, cutting my session short. One lady invited me in to join her (it's nice of her, but no), and the next time it happened, when I approached the man about me having the sauna booked, he barked back, "there are two other bikes in here." I just feel it's rude to stay in there during someone else's session.
