After getting a feel for the gym I joined on the spot. The coaching staff are really friendly and this place has a family vibe. I always seem to gravitate towards Veterans as I know what to expect which is an owner who truest cares about his gym family. I travel frequently for work and some owners get phased by that but Mike didn't miss a beat and assured me he was happy to work with me to fit my needs. There has been a bit of staff turnover recently, which has slightly shifted the vibe and energy. But even with those changes, it's still a great place to get in a well-rounded workout alongside a community of great people. What I really appreciate is the blend of strength training and boxing, creating a balanced workout that builds both cardio and strength. There's also a great mix of fitness levels and body types, which makes the environment feel inclusive and encouraging.
