My son now loves going too and it's perfect for his using the free weight area. What keeps me going to this gym and keeps me working out: 1. Easy no appt or class time necessary... just jump in 2. The fun tabata-style circuit is changed out daily and focuses on different body types 3. It's an all-level workout so you make it as challenging as you want and let's face it some days I don't feel like doing it but that brings me to this next... 4. It's only 30 ish minutes! You DO have the time and it feels great to workout even on those days that are tough 5. Last but not least Adam has a vast amount of knowledge and is a trainer so he or a team member will show you how to do the exercises properly or how to modify if you have an injury. 6. Actually I lied and one more :-) This is a locally owned gym in Allen so I'm happy to show support and EVERY time I walk in they greet me by name and are all so incredibly friendly. I haven't worked out in a while and was nervous about joining a gym that would be too intense. I appreciate that the workout here is 30min. It really worked me, and I could do it! I have knee pain, and the coach made sure to help me with modifications so I could still work out, but not hurt my knee. The staff is very friendly and helpful! You go through all the stations, and each one has a video for you to follow. Very little thinking is required. Top notch for me personally. I haven't had to use it yet, but there is a key fob system that allows members to come workout during non-staffed hours. Firmly team no kids, but they also have a little kids area to sit your kiddo. I know this is unusual as my sister complains often about not being able to workout at a gym. My only wish is if they had a sauna but it's not enough of a want for me to not go. I'd much rather have personalized service. It was clean, friendly, and i had a great workout! I am excited for my membership, and highly recommend checking them out!

I scheduled a week drop in for this trip and my first session was with Coach Hannah. From the second that I walked into the facility on Tuesday, Coach Hannah made me feel like I was a part of the community. She asked questions and took the time to get to know me. When I told that I was only here for a week and not committing to a membership, she easily could have stopped putting in effort to make me feel welcome. But she didn't. She encouraged me through exercises, pushed me to work harder, and honestly, made me want to come back each day. She has a great rapport with the members and pays attention to their needs. It's refreshing to see a coach who engages with members even when technology does so much throughout the sessions. Thank you for the opportunity of a week of great workouts and thank you Coach Hannah for giving me a great first experience at Body Fit Training McKinney. I'll definitely be back!

Therefore I feel the need to do my duty and warn the community about this gym. I've been going here since they opened the doors & simply loved it. My group of friends began to build a community here, then the "owner" came crashing in - changing times - coaches - policy's. Fast forward to yesterday for the 4:30 pm class, walked in at 4:33pm and the new "head coach" basically said sorry bout ya and to come back for the 6pm class. (This was my instagram comment before deleted and blocked) This is also the same location, where after the turn over of coaches happened, the owner waltzed in at 4:59am to train the 5am class. Glad the standards are set high. There are plenty of other gyms around, some with a very similar style, but do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Business ownership 101: you don't delete negative reviews - you approach them in a calm and connected manner to find a solution. Lastly you don't screw over your members, they are the ones paying the bills.

The facility is pretty clean and the coach does a great job of making sure you're taking care of your body by keeping you accountable on your form or giving modifications if needed. They are more circuit type of workouts so it reminds me of Orange Theory classes. Of course what you put in is what you get out of it. I would recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for more of HIIT interval workouts! They also provide water bottles (for free!) and towels during your workout for you.

It is truly the best start to my day! I'm stronger than I've ever been, I have more energy (which comes in super handy with a toddler at home), and I enjoy the 6:15am crew I get to workout with. This gym is supportive (both coaches and members), the classes are never boring, and I always leave excited to come back for more. The schedule is geared toward early morning classes, since they canceled evening classes which doesn't work with my schedule. Management is nonexistent and some trainers just stand around on their phone and don't ever provide training or motivation. You are paying to watch the tv and have the weights set up for you. The F45 franchise standard should be having motivating, exciting trainers to push you to your limits... but that's not the case here. There is no community either. Most members walk into class late and leave immediately once the workout is over, no group stretching or announcements are provided. I feel certain that other F45 locations not owned/managed by this group do a better job at listening to member feedback on class schedules, provide better training, and work towards sense of community. I discussed these issues with management and they cancelled my membership 3 weeks early after I paid for a full month, on top of having to pay additional fees.
