There is a…read morereason why the only positive reviews for this location are from over 4 years ago - ownership has changed, and the quality of this location is not the best. The schedule is geared toward early morning classes, since they canceled evening classes which doesn't work with my schedule. Management is nonexistent and some trainers just stand around on their phone and don't ever provide training or motivation. You are paying to watch the tv and have the weights set up for you. The F45 franchise standard should be having motivating, exciting trainers to push you to your limits... but that's not the case here. There is no community either. Most members walk into class late and leave immediately once the workout is over, no group stretching or announcements are provided. I feel certain that other F45 locations not owned/managed by this group do a better job at listening to member feedback on class schedules, provide better training, and work towards sense of community. I discussed these issues with management and they cancelled my membership 3 weeks early after I paid for a full month, on top of having to pay additional fees.

It's a circuit training type of workout that changes every day so your body never gets bored with the exercise. Owner Larhee is super friendly and welcoming. If you need a little tough love, they'll give it to you! Definitely don't skip this gym!!

I scheduled a week drop in for this trip and my first session was with Coach Hannah. From the second that I walked into the facility on Tuesday, Coach Hannah made me feel like I was a part of the community. She asked questions and took the time to get to know me. When I told that I was only here for a week and not committing to a membership, she easily could have stopped putting in effort to make me feel welcome. But she didn't. She encouraged me through exercises, pushed me to work harder, and honestly, made me want to come back each day. She has a great rapport with the members and pays attention to their needs. It's refreshing to see a coach who engages with members even when technology does so much throughout the sessions. Therefore I feel the need to do my duty and warn the community about this gym. I've been going here since they opened the doors & simply loved it. My group of friends began to build a community here, then the "owner" came crashing in - changing times - coaches - policy's. Fast forward to yesterday for the 4:30 pm class, walked in at 4:33pm and the new "head coach" basically said sorry bout ya and to come back for the 6pm class. (This was my instagram comment before deleted and blocked) This is also the same location, where after the turn over of coaches happened, the owner waltzed in at 4:59am to train the 5am class. Glad the standards are set high. There are plenty of other gyms around, some with a very similar style, but do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Business ownership 101: you don't delete negative reviews - you approach them in a calm and connected manner to find a solution. Lastly you don't screw over your members, they are the ones paying the bills.

The facility is pretty clean and the coach does a great job of making sure you're taking care of your body by keeping you accountable on your form or giving modifications if needed. They are more circuit type of workouts so it reminds me of Orange Theory classes. Of course what you put in is what you get out of it.
