This is the iron jungle. The Mecca of the southwest. The trainers are amazing, Michael and the gang are awesome. The atmosphere is second to none. You are motivated to work out and train the second you enter the doors. Everyone there is friendly and all with the same mindset of improving your physical which will help improve your mental self.

I finally got to meet the Legend Branch Warren! He is truly an inspiration and an awesome person! Nice to meet you, Brother!

I've been a weekend member 4 years and I absolutely love this Gym. I finally got to meet Branch Warren! I am truly inspired by him. What an awesome guy! I wanted to shout out James at the front desk. Very cool dude. He provided excellent customer service. I'd give this place. 1000 stars if it were possible. Destination Dallas is my home.

New Destination in Allen, how can you not go here if you love to train! Just love going here, have some of the best equipment in the Dallas Metro area! Especially love all the Prime Equipment and the tons of dumbbells available. You can come to this gym and look pretty and do a photo shoot or you can get train like an animal, The atmosphere is friendly, and cordial... but people are also training hard.... the talkers are usually hanging out at the counters and couches , eating and whatnot....not sitting on machines with cell phones like the box gyms. All walks of life in this gym, bodybuilders, amateur competitors, Pro competitors, powerlifters, CrossFit, people being trained for specific sports in the Astro turf area...and just folks that love to train and stay healthy. At this point I feel, If it's not here you don't need it!

Clothing line that inspires a mind set of grit, determination and community.

Great atmosphere to do the work and earn individual results for those in Relentless pursuit of goals. Knowledgeable trainers, staff and an amazing barber that keeps lines tight. The owner innovates and is the engine that makes all things grow and go.

They are so great with the kids and it frees me up to lift, play pickleball, or participate in a class. They will watch your child for up to 2.5 hours which should be more than enough time for a workout and shower. Additionally, kids can participate in fun activities like rock climbing, ballet, hip hop dancing, and martial arts while you work out. The thing that really drove home the value for me was the parents night out. Every week they will watch your children for 3 hours on Friday or Saturday night. On the pickleball front, it's hard to beat having 6 indoor courts, which are relatively easy to book - all at a cost of membership that is comparable to pickleball clubs.

I have been a member of Lifetime Fitness for over 20 years (based at the Plano and Allen…read morefacilities) For a place that calls itself an "Athletic Country Club" with the continually increasing prices to match, this place does not live up to the moniker. In particular, as a customer of the Allen Spa I have never understood why the spa did not have it's own bathroom facility. Massages, facials, and hair appointments frequently take a while. It is reasonable that someone would want to use the restroom before, during or after a service. The idea that you have to walk across the entire facility to the locker rooms for their 5 aged and sad looking stalls in the ladies locker room seemed ridiculous and potentially embarrassing. So the "brilliant" answer was using the much closer "family" bathroom in the "family" locker room. That was workable, but certainly not a great answer. And now they have decided that Spa clients are no longer allowed to use the "family" bathroom. I do not know the real reasons why, but I assume it has something to do with not being a "family." Locked out! So we are now fully expected to trek our foiled, caped and oily bodies across the very large and very public facility to those previously mentioned locker rooms. I know of no country club that would expect its members to parade around in such a manner, nor inconvenience their hard working stylists and therapists with a bathroom so very far away. I really wish the Lifetime would fix this situation. It makes visiting the Spa stressful rather than Zenlike and peaceful....which is how a spa should feel.

I decided to check it out because I was looking for a more intense workout, on top of the swim classes already take. I signed up for a one-day free class, and I was absolutely hooked! This is a full body workout and you will get a really, REALLY, good sweat. If you decide to continue beyond the one day free trial, there is a 30 day intro option which is about $39. If you decide to do it continuously it's about $60 a month. Yes, you heard me right! You get a quality work out AND it's affordable. I've tried doing title boxing and I love kickboxing, but their prices are insanely high for the average spender. Once you're signed up classes are unlimited, and you can pretty much come anytime during the week when they're open. Jerome is the instructor/owner and he's really good about helping you get going. DON'T feel intimidated. There are people of all levels in the classes, the most important thing is to keep moving and to keep hitting the bag. If you can't do a certain exercise you can always alternate it for something else. I like it because it's not all boxing, but other exercises incorporated into it as well. I definitely recommend you give this a try. If you don't feel the class is for you, then don't worry. There will be no one trying to harass you into buying something you don't want.
