The business owner Ray was very rude and unprofessional. He called me so we can sign up but I had some questions about training style, experience, and if there was a single session offer to see the training style since it starts at 3month commitment. I was met with defensiveness stating I am asking many questions and customers usually don't ask that many. Then started debating with me saying do I question my doctor? After this interaction, I was shocked. I told him I will no longer be moving forward, he then disconnected the call. As the business owner this is how he conducted himself. The facility itself may be fine, but in my experience, I felt argued with and not respected as a potential client because I asked questions. I was looking forward to this new beginning I signed up for. But when I financially couldn't support it any longer the staff turned hostile towards me. It took many attempts to cancel my contract. After the unfriendly and bitter response from management, I give Infinity 1 star only because I can't give them zero. Update: Infinity did not do what they said they would. I signed up for auto-pay for a 3 month membership, which by the way is done-- so I shouldn't be charged. I told them I could no longer afford it, and they ran me around giving excuses as to why I couldn't cancel. On top of that I never received my custom meal plan that I was promised for signing up for auto-pay even though I answered all of the questions emailed to me about what I was looking for in my meal plan. And yes, I do consider being ugly to me and calling me a liar when all I'm trying to do is cancel as being hostile. Additionally I have a knee injury, but whatever. They just want their money. Being held accountable and being manipulated into keeping a membership are two different things. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Unprofessional. Save your hard earned money and stay away. It's been nothing but a major headache. I had 2 people review the emails between IPT and me. They were shocked at what was said and how unprofessional it was, and to my surprise both people said it sounded like roid rage. They might be right... Oh and side note: you don't build up credit with them. If you don't use your workouts in that billing cycle, they are gone. read more
