I love McKinney Fit Body Boot Camp!! A few facts you should know about me .... 1. I have never been athletic, played sports, or worked out in my LIFE. 2. I have joined many gyms in the past, mainly just so I can have an extra bill. 3. I hate working out in front of people because I feel like I look ridiculous. 4. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis 10 years ago and deal with pain in my joints. 5. I'm married with 3 kids, live in McKinney and teach 3rd grade in Duncanville. Why does any of this matter... because if I can do this, so can you! Sure the workouts are challenging and different everyday but you can do them with the support of all the ladies there that help teach you the right form and push you to reach your goals! You don't have to be athletic. You don't have to be a professional "work-outer". You just have to want it bad enough!! Other gyms never worked for me because I was lost ... I had no idea what I was doing and I lacked motivation and accountability. The trainers Christina and Eve care about your goals. They text you when you go missing and the push you why you're there. You never feel lost because they are constantly guiding you on what to do everyday. Having the support and the guidance makes me feel confident enough to do the exercise. If I can't do it, the trainer tells me how to modify it. I have been with Fit Body for about 7 weeks and I definitely lost the fear of looking ridiculous a long time ago. Having RA can slow me down at 32 and have me in lots of pain. The trainers are mindful of restrictions I may have but still push me to the max. I love it!! They also give you diet information which helps with my overall health. I actually experience less pain since I started working out. A body in motion stays in motion!! My life is chaotic. VERY BUSY!! I try to make it to at least 3-4 workouts per week. I love that the schedule is flexible and I can make it in any days of the week, Monday -Saturday starting with classes as early as 5:30am and as late as 7:30pm. RESULTS I also signed my mom up ... and I'm soooo proud of her she has diabetes. She was taking insulin shots daily and since our 6 wk challenge she is off of her medicine!!! THATS HUGE!! In 6 weeks I lost 11 lbs and 3.3 percent body fat. This is just the beginning!!! I'm so excited to see even bigger results and live a healthier lifestyle!!! I may not be the biggest loser, but I feel like the biggest winner. You see, we moved from California to Texas in July 2019 to start our lives over again on the foundation of Christ. We had hit rock bottom with an addiction, an affair, and a divorce. But God... He works for your good even when you don't know it. We moved here & got remarried to start our lives out right this time. I am a mom of 3 amazing kids and a wife. We are finally getting to have the wedding we never got to have either time-3rd time is a charm! I work full time as a teacher and I go to school full time for my MA degree. With his prompting, I began a group called Teachers Who Pray to help support teachers spiritually and emotionally. I started tutoring a boy battling cancer and have been standing in the gap for him (he's now recovering). We also started attending a ReEngage group at our new church. Additionally, I signed on to do a mission in Uganda to teach teachers! As you can see, hitting rock bottom meant I could only look up from my knees and hand my life over to Him for His glory. Something about our story reaches everyone! But through it all, I was lonely. I didn't have any friends here. I had gained weight back from falling back into bad eating habits and not working out. I saw an ad on Facebook to win a free 8-week bootcamp at #McKinneyFBBC Never did I ever think I'd actually win, but I did! Through this challenge I met friends and found a place that reminds me everyday that I'm not alone and to speak life over myself, too! Even though I reinjured my knee during week 3 of the challenge, which left me on crutches, I kept coming! Modifying and doing what I could to keep pushing forward with the faith and hope that He would heal me and He did! By the end of the challenge, I was completing double days full out! I may have only lost 1.4 pounds, but I lost 10.4 pounds of fat mass and gained 9 pounds of lean mass! I also lost loneliness and gained a family. I gained confidence and another chapter to the testimony God calls me to share. read more

Before starting McKinney Fitbody bootcamp, I was working out at my apartment and wasn't having the motivation and so I decided to seek out a gym. I had been around to numerous gyms in the vicinity and McKinney Fitbody bootcamp was the top pick in my list and to date I had no regrets. I decided to try the 10week challenge to get back in shape and apart from my busy work schedule and the schedule for the gym, I am excited to know that I have put in the effort to complete the challenge and incooperated a few of the lessons into my personal life. 1. The staff are amazing and the members are themselves a wonderful bunch--they make you feel like family and want to work out even when not in the mood. 2. Working out with small to large class feels like having a one to one personal trainer-you never get missed when you're slowing down because you're too tired---a trainer is always there. 3. The workout area is clean and everyone knows aftera workout its cleaning of the equipment time 4. The workout session are never boring because you hardly repeat and exercise unless they are reps which gets your body a little confused and burning those calories. 5. The fee may sound HIGH...but give it a chance and you will have your monies worth in meal planning, workout sessions which feels like a one on one and 3D body scans. Overall my experience here at McKinney Fitbody boot camp was excellent, and I have no regrets of joining that challenge as I am much more tone, fit and have lost some weight. But best of all, I am been rewarded for completing one challenge I never expected to complete and will be enjoying every second of the 5 STAR HOTEL that comes with this wonderful experience here at this camp. I just can't say enough about this gym. I love everything about this place! This is more than just a gym, it has become my family. From the moment I walked into this gym, i knew i had found my gym home. The workouts are done in a group setting and everyone performs to their own level of ability. Modifications are provided if needed. All the trainers are challenging, but very encouraging, motivating and tons of fun! No two workouts are ever the same. I have made some great lifelong friends at this gym. They have become more like family and great to workout with. We get together outside of the gym to do mud runs as a team, lunches, nights out and get togethers at each others homes. I am a pretty competitive person and have found that i am motivated by challenges. This gym offers some great challenges that help to keep me motivated and striving to win. From the vacation challenge (where you can actually win a vacation), to the Holiday challenges (money and prizes), to costume challenges, plank challenges and one of my favorites the 'Little Black Dress" Challenge. I am beyond ecstatic of being a part of Mckinney fit body bootcamp. They are like a big family and welcome you in with arms wide open! I'm a single mom with 2 little boys just trying to reach my health and fitness goals. A HUGE shout out to Christina for all the support and motivation. I might be dating myself...but I have not enjoyed a workout program this much since aerobics in the 80's! It is a challenging work out for all ages, shapes, and sizes, whatever you CAN put into it, or whatever you are ABLE to put into it will give you great benefits and results for strength, fitness, and health. I love the class atmosphere, everyone works together to encourage and challenge one another to work a little harder than you thought you could. The staff is super supportive, they know you by name and they work with you one on one to help you achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself. I've been a member of many different gyms and fitness programs and there is just nothing that comes close to this place. From the start you feel like family and part of the group. The owner, manager, trainers and other members all cheer you on, get to know you personally and help you achieve your goals. I'm challenged daily by the creative workouts and meal plans. There are many Challenges throughout the year to keep you on track, motivated and earn prizes and even vacations. You're not just a number here. You will get regular texts checking in (especially if you're 'on a break') and you're really part of a family. I have been working out at McKinney Fit Body boot camp for 8 months. I am very satisfied with supportive owner Eve Finster, the best trainer's, and the friendships that I've made to get me to reach my fitness goals. I lost 23 pounds and 6% body fat working out 5 days a week, 45 minutes a day. The workouts are different every day and you will feel sore but you'll work through it, and you will get stronger every week as long as you keep pushing yourself. If you have a high pain tolerance and athletic coordination, that will help too! Eve is also sharing healthy food recipes and gives a lot of nice motivational encouragement! They even have offered a hip hop and Zumba class on Friday which makes it fun to end the week! read more

I walked into McKinney Fit Body Boot Camp, very unsure and nervous about what to expect. I was put to ease and quickly became excited about what was before me. McKinney FBBC provides an atmosphere of encouragement, to get yourself mentally and physically in shape. The people, both staff and fellow members are extremely supportive. There is a common goal, being the best you, and helping to get you there. I joined through doing a 10 week fitness challenge, I started in December and just finished in February. Sometimes its hard to put into words the impact that people have on you! I was sitting at home one night feeling very unmotivated and a thought occurred to me, maybe I should change up my routine. The staff are AMAZING people and so down to earth! They listen, they respond, they know what we are going thru to get ourselves into a better fit body and mind. They take time to make sure you are doing the routine and/or exercise properly WITHOUT you feeling like you are being singled out or being made fun of. They mix up the days and routines per week so your body isn't getting the same "expected" exercise weekly. AWESOME CONCEPT. I used to go into class dredging and saying it's going to hurt but now I go in class saying I can do it ... and I do it! I've been going to McKinney FBBC for a little over 8 months, and WOW I'm impressed! I basically started from nothing, and that was compounded with the fact that I have some serious health issues. Needless to say, a boot camp style workout seemed pretty far fetched for me. But it didn't take long before I was hooked! I have definitely far surpassed my own expectations of myself. Based on my measurements I've gained over 10 lbs of muscle, and lost some inches too! I'm so much stronger, happier, and much more confident. Best place to get fit and healthy. I struggled finding something that kept me motivated and energized, but finally found it here. This is the best boot camp I have ever been a part of. I saw results right away. The atmosphere is great- indoors a plus. Never worried about it being cancelled or it being too hot that I didn't want to go. The trainers have your best interest at heart. They are full of knowledge and willing to help in any way from encouragement to healthy eating tips. The workouts are not repetitive and the time flies by. I just finished my 6 week challenge and I did amazing. The care and profesional help you get here is unbelievable. I've lost 7 lbs and 3% body fat (Its a lot for me since I have PCOS and hypothyroidism) but best of all I gained confidence and the desire to keep going to work out every morning. Each day is a different work out which keeps it from getting repetitive. The work outs are well thought out and designed so no matter what level you are, you will be able to modify.
