LOVE LOVE LOVE the team! I have left & came back 3 times, because I was getting fluffy and needed to not be.... As much as I dislike sweating & my crappy knees, I push myself to go & work harder than I did the day before. Gabby is awesome & gets on me with my nutrition well lack thereof, Amy is super high energy (btw I still HATE the imaginary pencil, LOL you know I love you) my workouts always turn into a food confessional when Amy is training too. The team NEVER lets me slack & creeps up with heavier weights, or tells me to adjust my form when they see me slacking. They all know I can be a special case from time to time, but I love it here! I love the holding me accountable for my workout and never give up on my and my food habits. There is never enough awesomeness I can say about the IPT team. They are very passionate about what they do and what they do to get you healthy, even through my strong resistance. I have had other trainers with other companies and they are all about that money and being shaped like a Barbie and here they show you and coach you to be you just a healthier you. I was looking for a strength training and conditioning gym on Google and ran across Infinity Personal Training. My intention was to shop around before joining anywhere (go a few weeks and then try out a different gym for a few weeks). But, after the initial consult, I was hooked. Infinity Personal Training offers a complete approach to fitness by integrating exercise and nutrition. The small group classes allow the trainers to focus on everyone in class to ensure effective and safe training. I feel a sense of accountability that was lacking when trying to diet and exercise on my own. Additionally, even though it's only been a few weeks since I started, I can already tell that I've gotten stronger and my endurance is improving. The gym has a very welcoming atmosphere. I started with IPT in September 2014 wanting to take my fitness to the next level, along with dropping body fat & building muscle. They definitely took my fitness to the next level along with assisting me in losing inches & body fat. I have been a client of Ray and Amy since Nov 2013. Walking into their fitness studio was one if the toughest steps I have ever taken towards getting healthy, but it has been the best choice I could have ever made for myself. This place is amazing! Personalized attention, super fun, and nice. The trainers are amazing! Very well trained, knowledgeable, and very human. Everyone feels welcome regardless of age, weight, or gender. The group classes are super fun and killer! But the 1:1 training is sublime! I am a professional dancer, and I came here to take care of my body, and accompany it over time. Brad is spectacular! He creates special workouts for me listening to my goals every month. I have noticed improvements in my aesthetics, but the most important thing is that I feel more agile, lighter, faster, and with more energy. Great place to start and challenge yourself . I have been with infinity for 2+ yrs in morning batch's. Group trainings are helpful to keep the muscles active , you will learn , practice and get sore (Super) . Professional in metrics , diet , training , exercises and communication . They plan for you and help to nurture your inner tone . Great place to lose weight ( if u follow a meal plan ) , get toned , get disciplined . All Trainers are awesome with skills they know what they are doing , patient, motivating and tough (but too good if u have less time to care for workout) ..... I have been part of this studio for about 18 months now, I started off with a goal in mind to strengthen for running and cycling, the trainers are amazing, they would never let you get away from your goals, if you fail that totally bcoz of the athlete, but never ever seen that happen.
