F45 workout classes are great in general, but I recommend finding a different location. There is a…read morereason why the only positive reviews for this location are from over 4 years ago - ownership has changed, and the quality of this location is not the best. The schedule is geared toward early morning classes, since they canceled evening classes which doesn't work with my schedule. Management is nonexistent and some trainers just stand around on their phone and don't ever provide training or motivation. You are paying to watch the tv and have the weights set up for you. The F45 franchise standard should be having motivating, exciting trainers to push you to your limits... but that's not the case here. There is no community either. Most members walk into class late and leave immediately once the workout is over, no group stretching or announcements are provided. I feel certain that other F45 locations not owned/managed by this group do a better job at listening to member feedback on class schedules, provide better training, and work towards sense of community. I discussed these issues with management and they cancelled my membership 3 weeks early after I paid for a full month, on top of having to pay additional fees.

I started going here on their 2 week free trial and am so excited to throw my money at them now…read morethat the trial period is over. These workouts kick my butt and make me stronger every day. It's a circuit training type of workout that changes every day so your body never gets bored with the exercise. Owner Larhee is super friendly and welcoming. The two trainers I've met, Levi and Geoff, are awesome as well. Super encouraging and they have a knack for knowing what kind of coaching you need. If you need a little tough love, they'll give it to you! Definitely don't skip this gym!!

It sounded inviting and with all the variety of workouts you can sign up for, including pilates, yoga, cycling, rowing, bands, iso, and barre, I thought this would be an amazing new workout studio to supplement my gym membership. I ended up signing up when they were running a special so I got my mat & towel (which they require you to purchase) for free, which would've been valued around $99. Monthly dues are $59 for unlimited access to this location. At first I enjoyed going to Hotworx and trying out the vast variety of workout videos. However, about 3-4 weeks in, I had tried all the workouts at least once and I noticed the videos were the same and were never being rotated out. As with any workout that you don't change up, you will hit a plateau. They were boring and no longer challenging since my body was used to the same workout routines and I had practically memorized all the moves. After a month, I decided to put in my cancellation but I was then told that you need to be a member for three months before you are eligible to put in a 60 day cancellation notice. I've never heard of gyms/studios that try to lock you in like Hotworx did. Not to mention they NEVER disclosed the part of having to be a member for three months prior to putting in your cancellation notice when I signed up. Out of the five months I have been there, their workout videos have not changed once. They did, however, add in the new barre classes. If you're looking for a workout that is boring, predictable and you want the same exact routine, look no further. Definitely try out all the classes and make sure you want to commit to at least 5 months before you sign up here!

When I signed up on January 26, 2025, Jason clearly stated multiple times that my membership was "not a contract." He explained that I was only getting a promotional rate for February and that after returning from vacation at the end of February, I could decide if I wanted to continue. At no point was I clearly informed that I was being placed on automatic payments or that I needed to give 30 days' notice to avoid being charged again. If I signed up on January 26, that would mean I only had four days to cancel before March right after I got back from vacation--which makes no sense! To make matters worse, I left a voicemail before the charge went through asking them to pause my payments, but they never check their voicemails. When I finally reached out, they refused to refund me, even though they are able to. Instead of simply issuing a fair refund, the owner tried to "remediate" the situation by offering me a 10-pack use pass--but how does that make sense? Why would I continue to use their facility after going back and forth over the fact that I was misled into signing up for automatic payments in the first place? That's not a resolution, it's just another attempt to keep my money. I never would have agreed to an auto-payment, especially since I am observing Ramadan this month and wouldn't have committed to attending the gym when their last class starts at 5:30pm. This entire situation feels dishonest and predatory. If you're considering joining, be VERY careful about their billing terms because they do not explain them properly and will refuse to take accountability.
