Amazing place. It's not just one of those gyms where the coach screams and cheers you on, they actually coach you on form. Gianna was incredible and helped me modify some of the activity. Everyone there is so friendly! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

MADabolic is all across the country.

Okay, their $5 for 5 is pretty great. These workouts are worth more than $1. Just understand that you might understand the full value of the studio if you don't take more than two or three classes. If you are going to do the $5 for 5, seriously try to get at least 3 or 4 classes together... because then you will understand why you need to become a member to this place!

Loving this new gym I joined, I definitely would recommend it to anyone looking to change up their workout routine. Can't wait to see my results in a few months.

MADabolic is everything that Plano is missing! This place is a must try and I know once you give it a try, you will sign up on the spot!

Straight up helped me get back into a rhythm of working out and loved it. Been 10+ years since I got into a regular workout and they made it easy understandable and I feel as healthy as I can for the amount of Busch Light I drink

There is a…read morereason why the only positive reviews for this location are from over 4 years ago - ownership has changed, and the quality of this location is not the best. The schedule is geared toward early morning classes, since they canceled evening classes which doesn't work with my schedule. Management is nonexistent and some trainers just stand around on their phone and don't ever provide training or motivation. You are paying to watch the tv and have the weights set up for you. The F45 franchise standard should be having motivating, exciting trainers to push you to your limits... but that's not the case here. There is no community either. Most members walk into class late and leave immediately once the workout is over, no group stretching or announcements are provided. I feel certain that other F45 locations not owned/managed by this group do a better job at listening to member feedback on class schedules, provide better training, and work towards sense of community. I discussed these issues with management and they cancelled my membership 3 weeks early after I paid for a full month, on top of having to pay additional fees.

It's a circuit training type of workout that changes every day so your body never gets bored with the exercise. Owner Larhee is super friendly and welcoming. The two trainers I've met, Levi and Geoff, are awesome as well. Super encouraging and they have a knack for knowing what kind of coaching you need. If you need a little tough love, they'll give it to you! Definitely don't skip this gym!!

When I signed up on January 26, 2025, Jason clearly stated multiple times that my membership was "not a contract." He explained that I was only getting a promotional rate for February and that after returning from vacation at the end of February, I could decide if I wanted to continue. At no point was I clearly informed that I was being placed on automatic payments or that I needed to give 30 days' notice to avoid being charged again. If I signed up on January 26, that would mean I only had four days to cancel before March right after I got back from vacation--which makes no sense! To make matters worse, I left a voicemail before the charge went through asking them to pause my payments, but they never check their voicemails. When I finally reached out, they refused to refund me, even though they are able to. Instead of simply issuing a fair refund, the owner tried to "remediate" the situation by offering me a 10-pack use pass--but how does that make sense? Why would I continue to use their facility after going back and forth over the fact that I was misled into signing up for automatic payments in the first place? That's not a resolution, it's just another attempt to keep my money. I never would have agreed to an auto-payment, especially since I am observing Ramadan this month and wouldn't have committed to attending the gym when their last class starts at 5:30pm. This entire situation feels dishonest and predatory. If you're considering joining, be VERY careful about their billing terms because they do not explain them properly and will refuse to take accountability.

They also had a promotion going on with bring a friend free for Cinco de Mayo weekend. The gym size is smaller than the East Plano location and has fewer equipment options. The free weights and machine areas also feel a bit more compact, with less space between sections. That said, I still like that they're open 24 hours on weekdays. I believe it's the only Crunch Fitness in the area with the flexible hours, probably due to being close to UTD. It's still a solid gym when I'm on this side of town.

The gym itself was clean with good variety of equipment but does get very packed even after 7pm. The cardio equipment is a bit uncomfortable because the phone/tablet holder is way too low. Not good for posture to look down when doing cardio. The real issue with the gym is the false advertising. I assumed a 3 day pass meant 3 days of visits. After my first visit, the front desk worker said it was actually only one day but he gave me guest passes to come back again. When I came back today, I was told that the guest pass is one day only if you are brand new. They immediately asked for a day fee so it seems like a scam to get payment/commitment asap. Attached photos of the email confirmation, sign up page, and guest pass I was given.
