Coach's beware!!!…read more This place is set up well for the members and has pre-determined workouts that are really good for low to mid level fitness goers. Not at all leaving this review for the member side. However, if you are a coach and thinking about working at an F45 please make sure you are extra upfront with the time you are willing to give to "Interview". I am a Master Fitness Trainer, retired Army, ex Drill Sergeant and current coach for a bodybuilding gym. I wanted to fill a little extra time so I starting the process of working for them. Fast forward a few days short of a month after many classes and driving sometimes across town and had yet to even talk about pay, there is no process. I understand it's not going to run like the army but there has to be process that each person goes through. I had zero issue doing a few classes to make sure it was a good fit bit there has to be a limit. Would end up working with different people who have different vibes so you are not sure where you should and shouldn't step in so makes it hard and awkward, I honestly can't really blame the coaches at all because you show up and they have zero clue how many classes you have done, your background or qualifications so of course they are hesitant to let you really step in. On top of that everyone does things a little different so you constantly being judged based on their outlook, very awkward. Please if you go to interview here be clear and up front about expectations and pay, or you will be like myself out a month of time, other opportunities, and gas with nothing to show for it.

The vibe here is awesome--the owner is such a great guy and an amazing motivator. He's been running the studio for many years and you can tell he really cares about the people who come through the door. The hip-hop music is always on point and keeps the energy up--you can't help but push yourself harder. The people here are welcoming and fun too. A few weeks ago they even had a pool party, and it was such a great way to meet everyone outside of class. Honestly, it feels more like a family than just a gym. If you want a workout that's fun, high-energy, and super effective, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I'm taking the adult foundations class, and getting into better shape is going to be a lot more fun this way than going to a traditional gym. There are tons of activities and special events, and there's a strong emphasis on good values (like respect, and community service). Try out a class!

He even trained me during my pregnancy (I worked out the day before I went into labor, ya'll!), which helped me recover more quickly from all the horrors of being pregnant and giving birth. There is nothing I have stuck with for 10 years, except my workout routine with JC. The environment at Retrain Fitness is fantastic. You show up, he makes you do things you think you can't do...but next thing you know, you did it, and you feel fantastic. Everyone there is family. You find yourself laughing or smiling in the middle of your workout, despite the fact you've just been told to do 8 burpees. I can't recommend Retrain Fitness enough. Come join us!!

I knew that I did not want to just pay another monthly membership fee and never show up or start but quit very soon after. With JC it's different; you walk in and usually be there for 45 minutes to 1 hour and feel amazing. He starts you slowly but will continue to challenge you as you get stronger and more fit. After a little over a year I lost about 15 lbs, lost more inches, gained a lot of muscle, and continue to work on ways to enhance my health, which JC always helps me with. Last but not least, being part of Retrain Fitness is like being part of a family. We have fun working out together, joke, laugh, tease, and even celebrate together. I recommend working out with JC and I know I'll continue to be part of this family for the rest of my life!

I love Tribe (Tribe Called Sprinters)!!! I literally plan my weekly schedule around Tribe workouts…read more:) It's the most fun I have all week and will not miss them for anything. I joined Tribe 5 years ago. Before Tribe I was a distance runner and did classes at Equinox. I was running a marathon a year and working out 5 times a week yet I was always getting hurt and really wasn't seeing the results I was looking for. I initially came to Tribe to try and get a faster marathon time but before long I was completely hooked. I went from an endurance runner to a sprinter. What made me change my outlook was the results I saw from Tribe workouts. My body completely changed. I finally saw improvement in areas that I didn't see before. When I was running long distance I always had something that was tweaked/pulled/aching. Because Tribe teaches you proper running and movement mechanics, I haven't been injured since (knock on wood). I love that even after 5 years each time we are on the track I feel like I am working on things and getting better. It never gets boring or routine. I think my very favorite part of Tribe is the people. There are people of all ability levels and ages. You don't have to be an athlete or have run track in HS. It feels like a team with people encouraging and cheering for you instead of competing against you. The coaches are AMAZING!
