I've had a consistent gym membership for years and thought I knew how to workout. Thought I knew enough about food and eating healthy that if I did both regularly, I should have a decent physique but we know the mirror doesn't lie. I realized that if I wanted to make a change, I would need to work with someone who is a professional in this field. It was important for me to work with someone who has the actual knowledge about exercise and doesn't just yell at me to PUSH. Someone who can explain to me the methodology and reasoning behind what we are doing. Someone who has studied and spent time in perfecting their art. I found Bryan through Google reviews and from our first session, I knew he was going to be my trainer. And wow, has he been a game changer. I have been working with him for 6 months now and I'm in the best shape of my adult life. Its an amazing feeling waking up and realizing how far you've come. Clothes fit better, skin looks amazing and you're excited to be in photos. Bryan loves doing what he does and it shows in his work. His passion for bringing the change to his clients' lives, his dedication to his work, and his friendliness are only a small number of reasons you should finally decide to skip that one vacation or buying that toy and instead invest in yourself by working with Coach Bryan.

He's helped expose me to a variety of movements, and it's helped me learn what I like, where my weaknesses are, and what I dislike. Definitely a Coach worth investing in who will make workouts fun, challenging, and worth your time and effort.

The space overall has different obstacles as well as open spaces for playing indoor soccer on smaller fields. There is even a space for 5 and under. I can't say enough good things about this gym and the incredible trainers here. What makes this…read moreplace different is how well the trainers truly know each member -- they understand your strengths, your weaknesses, and how to push you in a way that helps you improve safely and confidently. The workouts are always challenging, motivating, and never boring. As I've gotten older, I've become more aware of my physical limitations, but the trainers have been amazing at helping me work through those challenges instead of letting them hold me back. They encourage me to keep getting stronger, improve my balance and mobility, and believe in what my body can still do.

I certainly felt the burn and questioned if I"m getting enough "burn" back in Chicago. I took 4…read moreclasses here during my week in Dallas over Thanksgiving since it was just 1/2 a mile from my in-laws and had stellar Yelp reviews. The classes were easy enough to book via the mind body app. My instructors were David (the owner) and Asantra. Both are a bundle of energy, seem to have created an amazing community of gym rats and will kick your butt. They seem to switch up the exercises daily and it's a great combo of cardio and strength. I felt sore for the first time in months and therefore slightly less guilty about consuming all that Thanksgiving stuffing. The class is set up for circuit training stations. The first day I went was a small class of about 5, but then I had about 15 people in the rest of my classes. I was a little grossed out about sharing stations after others (the pandemic has made me paranoid), but there are plenty of wipes around and everyone did a great job of wiping down their stations before moving on to the next one. I'd definitely be a regular here if I lived in the Dallas area and hope to find a similar spot to "burn" some calories in the Chicago North Shore.
