I've had a consistent gym membership for years and thought I knew how to workout. Thought I knew enough about food and eating healthy that if I did both regularly, I should have a decent physique but we know the mirror doesn't lie. I realized that if I wanted to make a change, I would need to work with someone who is a professional in this field. It was important for me to work with someone who has the actual knowledge about exercise and doesn't just yell at me to PUSH. Someone who can explain to me the methodology and reasoning behind what we are doing. Someone who has studied and spent time in perfecting their art. I found Bryan through Google reviews and from our first session, I knew he was going to be my trainer. And wow, has he been a game changer. I have been working with him for 6 months now and I'm in the best shape of my adult life. Its an amazing feeling waking up and realizing how far you've come. Clothes fit better, skin looks amazing and you're excited to be in photos. Bryan loves doing what he does and it shows in his work. His passion for bringing the change to his clients' lives, his dedication to his work, and his friendliness are only a small number of reasons you should finally decide to skip that one vacation or buying that toy and instead invest in yourself by working with Coach Bryan.

Definitely a Coach worth investing in who will make workouts fun, challenging, and worth your time and effort.

When I started training with George I had been off the exercise wagon for a couple of years. I decided to try personal training and luckily I stumbled across George. I have know friends who had bad personal trainers and spent tons of money with them and never got any results. I have lost about 50 lbs of pure fat, gotten stronger, more flexible, and my lower back pain has completely disappeared. George has me doing lots of stuff that is making my back and core stronger and it is definitely noticeable. Not only have I not had even the slightest back pain in over a year now, but I have found that I can pick up and move big boxes in the garage with ease by myself that I seriously couldn't have even budged before. Trying to move those boxes before I started training with George would have left me yelping in pain and disabled for 2-3 days with serious back pain. Overall I couldn't be happier with my results and would highly recommend George as a personal trainer who knows what he is doing to anyone who really wants results.

I have tried several classes including Pole 1 & 2, Belly Dancing, Boxing, Snatched, and flexibility. The boxing was by far my favorite class and I wish I could take it there every day. It's an intense full body workout, but taught at every level. The pole classes are taught extremely well and their classes truly build upper body strength and for me as a woman that is a struggle. I do wish they wouldn't intergrate Pole 2 into Pole 1 and Pole 3&4 into Pole 2. It makes it a little difficult for those who are still learning. I decided it would be FUN to participate with my group of friends in a pole class. We found a Groupon and Choice Training was on the list of highly recommended. I was beyond disappointed by my experience as soon as I walked in and saw my friend in tears because she was so disappointed. My understanding, a Groupon is how you get your new clientele IN THE DOOR...you usually have on your best face because you are trying to get new business. If that was mr 'friendly-front-desk' man's best face...I can't imagine how we would be treated once signed up with a package and he had my credit card on Auto-Pay. I've always been told - you decide who to give your money to. Sadly, I will never have the great experience I've read about on this page, because the face of the company has soured it for me and I will never come back. It was a $39 Groupon, that could've turned into a long term relationship well over that amount. Aside from that, it shouldn't matter if I come in spending $5 or $500 - treat me like you need or like your job and not like I'm an inconvenience to you. On to the next pole!!
