Everyone is nice. It's giant. The high pressure sales and etc is the same as all other big gyms but at least they have a lot of features. The parking lot stays packed out though. Absolutely packed. read more

Came here for a 7 day free trial and was pleasantly surprised at all the resources this gym has. There are sports massages, a wet area, a booty section, all the typical gym equipment, and lots of space. They also have childcare if needed! Definitely worth considering if it fits your needs! read more

The gym itself is decent, affordable, and convenient, but it is far too small for the number of memberships they sell. Around 5:00 or 6:00 p.m., it becomes so crowded that getting a good workout can be difficult. Gym etiquette is also a major problem. Despite signs saying no gym bags on the workout floor, bags and personal belongings are constantly left around the equipment. You also have people setting up little tripods and recording themselves, which takes up even more room and gets a little crazy when the gym is already packed. The locker room is also much too small for the number of members. For around $9 a month, you can't expect perfection, but management should consider limiting memberships or expanding the facility. Sometimes it feels more like a social club than a serious gym. It's convenient and gets the job done, but I wouldn't recommend it if you want a focused workout--especially during peak hours. read more

Update: my sauna access all of a sudden discontinued and now I'm being forced to upgrade...no big deal but the principle that I've been able to use it for 4 months until now is disappointing. Their website states that "will crush" includes sauna and the "will do" access has LIMITED sauna access...yet staff says I need to upgrade to "will power" to have access to the sauna. (Photo attached) Again not a huge deal but I only come to this gym for the sauna because they're consistently packed and it's hard to have a peaceful workout so I go to PF for my workouts. My only reason for a membership here is the sauna. read more

Came here in for a free 7 day trial and it was a great way to experience the gym without committing. We went at 12pm on a Saturday and it was decently busy. We had to wait for some machines from time to time. The machines were pretty new looking, and I loved the sauna and the girl room. read more

Absolutely had the best experience. KC and Kenya were really great. Met Eric when I got there and everyone guided me to the best programs for what I want to achieve. Can't wait to see my results. read more

I am very frustrated with my experience with EOS gym, specifically the Addison, TX location. I had a situation where I called and canceled my membership, as well as personal training agreement. The lady over the phone confirmed with me it was canceled and good I was good to go. I then noticed in May after looking at the card I did not use much that they had been continuously charging me the $130 dollars a month for both the membership and the $100 a month personal training. Not only was I not going but I had moved to a completely new state. When I noticed I called immediately and they looked into it and let me know that the original person I spoke to canceled the wrong persons memebership instad of mine. I was told I would be processed for a full refund and was only given back $50 of the almost $800 they stole from me. Everytime I call to try and get confirmation on being refunded the rest of the money I am told the manager is busy and will "look into it". I then have to be the one to follow up. The front desk people are wonderful and as helpful as they can be, but the management seem to care less and have bigger priorities. I find this extremely unprofessional and scummy and do not appreciate being out $800 because they decided to charge me for services I did not use. Additionally when attending personal training session you have to scan in with a finger print to confirm that you were the one attending the session, so I find it super suspicious that I was even being charged when I stopped attending the gym and was not there to sign into my PT sessions. Long story short, be aware when signing up for PT and getitng a membership at this gym. Do your due diligence to make sure they are not able to continue to charge you. Even after calling them the second time in May they still tried to charge my card (even at different locations I had never been to) and I had to have my bank block them from charging me. Would not recommend giving this place your business. read more

I guess it's a sales guys, I didn't catch his name but a short white guy is a bitch. Got mad just cause I told him I wanted to try the 7 day pass and didn't get a membership. Thought the whole point of a guest pass is to try the gym out. Not get a membership the first day of trying it out. Terrible service. read more

I'm absolutely impressed! For $20/month, you can't go wrong (highest tier plan, lowest is $9/month). This gym features so many different amenities like a cold and hot plunge, infrared sauna, traditional sauna, private cinema, workout areas, a booty area for privacy, lots of options for weights, machines, and squat racks. They also have a grass-like area with TRX, kettle balls, weighted bags, etc. The clean bathrooms also have LED lighting for those gym pics. One thing that caught my attention was how they represented disabled people in their placards. It truly made my heart burst to know that there's someone out there who can look at that and be inspired the same way I was. My sister is in a wheelchair and I know growing up this is something she would have loved to see. read more

My experience at this gym was positive until my trainer left. Since then, I've had significant communication problems with the Personal Training Manager. Despite asking to pause my training due to personal and professional commitments, I was still charged for sessions I couldn't attend. My attempts to resolve this through phone and text have been frustrating. I've had long waits, unreturned phone calls, and the manager couldn't handle my issues because of an open house. I did reach out to the district manager, who was able to help, but this location has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be trying a different gym to finish out my paid personal training sessions and then canceling everything. read more

I've been to over 30 different gyms at this point and can say that the customer service here from La'Darius is the best I've seen. I was jumping around between a few different locations of EOS in my area, but because of La'Darius this became my home gym for the time I lived in Dallas. He consistently goes out of his way to make me feel special and welcome. He is always well presented and has an amazing attitude. I hope his bosses give him credit and recognition for providing stellar customer experiences and making the environment welcoming for all :) read more

This gym needs to get the MLM amway kids under control. It is truly impossible to just go and have a good workout without getting disrupted by the scammers. They are all over. Especially bad in the sauna. There needs to be a "no talking" sign in there it's gotten ridiculous im about to cancel my membership because this happens seriously every time I go. read more

The facility is clean and nice. Customer service is hideous.. Have been in many times and tried to get a membership. I was looking forward to joining and now I honestly don't think I will. read more

The gym is kinda small and it's full most of the time, therefore parking is hectic. I signed up in June and wanted to cancel my plan before the month was over and they still wanted to charge me an annual fee and charge me for another month which im not going, a total of 90 plus bucks. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. read more

Gym was nice but way too small and they let too many people join. There is constantly a wait for all equipment. They should have built bigger or limited the members. I would rejoin if they managed the overcrowding. read more

Great gym, approachable staff, and I love that it's cool inside--not hot or stuffy! Overall it's a great amazing gym I recommended !!

Made the switch from Planet Fitness and it was a great choice. Love the equipment and amenities.

DO NOT GIVE THIS GYM YOUR CARD INFORMATION! Fraudulent behavior. My husband attempted to cancel our gym membership and stretch membership. We were told we could not cancel due to a contract. It is against the Federal Trade Commission "Click to Cancel" law instated October 2024 to make cancellation any more difficult than signing up and to require additional billing. Cancellation can be requested via any media and must be effective immediately. Ahmad (district manager) and Steven (director of stretch) have ignored several members' requests for cancellation, and we are considering a class action law suit for violation of this law and wire fraud. The news stations will be hearing from me as well. I have attached a photo of a contract with my husband's actual signature and a subsequent one with a FRAUDULENT signature that they are using as an excuse to bill our credit card for additional months. Ahmad processed the payment on the fragment receipt and should be held liable. Requesting immediate action from the appropriate parties above Ahmed and Steven to rectify this gross lack of integrity.
