Bathrooms are stocked with hair ties, clean towels, make up removers and anything you can think of. PURE Movement workouts are killer; all of the trainers work with you and offer advice/modifications if you don't understand or not your level of performance. I've been hopping around various Dallas gyms on ClassPass since I moved here 3 years ago. I never felt any need or desire to join a specific gym until I tried a hot HIIT class MVEMENT a few months ago. On my second visit I was sold, ditched my ClassPass membership and joined MVEMENT. Best decision I've made in a while. The instructors are top notch and I love the variety of classes they offer. Staff and other members are very friendly and encouraging. I am an avid fitness person & really love CrossFit. I just moved to Dallas 2 years ago & have been trying to find a good gym ever since. I have tried 6 gyms looking for a good community & great programming and was unsuccessful until I found Mvement. Mvement has such an amazing vibe & great community. The place is bougie but the people are down to earth. They have great classes and great programming. They have boxing yoga & CrossFit & the coaches are extremely knowledgeable & encouraging. Best gym on the planet hands down, definitely worth every penny with the attitude that this gym brings to ensure you're getting better at whatever goal you want to achieve. The coaches and there want to see improvement in you is amazing, haven't had not one unpleasant experience where I didn't feel like I didn't belong even with my first time taking yoga or not being able to keep up in CrossFit lol, every coach watched me closely and made points. New to Lake Highlands...and was extremely frustrated with the gym options in the area! After searching for a couple of months, we almost gave up until I came across a social media post for this sharp new gym that had recently opened. We went in, took a tour, and I can honestly say that we knew immediately that this would be the gym for us. The woman who gave us a tour, Emma, was so friendly and informative. The facility was spotless and offered amenities that I desired to have...a polished locker room with high end soaps/lotions, a child care area that is clean/safe/stimulating, and more to come down the line (including a sauna and juice bar). The equipment is top of the line. And did I mention how CLEAN it is? Have been a member since that week...and this place continues to impress me. The classes have been on point and the schedule is great. They also have community events, which is so wonderful! They offer so much more than what I have mentioned here. What I can tell you is that we love this gym. We love the people who run it. We love the instructors and how much they care and how much knowledge they share with us each time we go. This truly is the best gym in DFW. The programming is exceptional, the coaches are knowledgeable and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're looking for functional fitness, boxing, hot hiit or yoga MVEMENT is the place to be. There is literally something for everyone here. During these weird times the entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are utilized and in place. Ive yet to walk into a cleaner gym.
