And it's hot Pilates meets strength meets cardio to the beat. Sculpt 45 and Sculpt 60 are exactly what you need. Also, obsessed with Tread and Strength (basically group personal weight training) classes here. I've been coming for over a year and can't say enough great things - the programming keeps getting better. The beast are better. There are two locations so this one is a little bit more convenient and love that they are on ClassPass. I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's stretch and sound class with Paige. She was a very attentive teacher and the flow was nice and hot then we went into the longer savasana with sound bath for ultimate relaxation. As a fellow fitness instructor always on the go I need classes like this often so glad they offer it! Class Studios classes are always a vibe (at both locations) but I go Preston Center more because it's closer for me. Plus, it offers a wider variety of classes (vs. just Train and Cycle at West Village - both of which are also great). For Preston Center - Tread mixes in running with a floor section and weights, Sculpt is a heated class where you combine moves from different types of workouts like cardio, Pilates, yoga, hiit, etc. - all to the beat of the music in a room with cool lights, and they've also added Deep Stretching, Yoga Flow, and Sound Bath classes, along with the occasional dance class. Everyone is always nice, they'll help you modify moves when need be, and they have an upstairs locker room area where you can shower and freshen up after, which is convenient for when you need to go somewhere after class. This studio has given me so much! I moved to Dallas in April and have been going here ever since. I severely hurt my back at the beginning of this year and the Sculpt classes have helped me rehab. Sculpt is a mix between hot yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and jazzercise! And all of the instructors are amazing, but my favorites are the owners Jasmine and Paige - they make every class fun and empowering plus amazing playlists to boot. Love this studio and their location in West Village. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Finding classes that make you want to work out and enjoy are a difficult find, but every single one of their class offerings makes me want to come back for more. Their instructors are knowledgeable, caring and fun loving. Tips: arrive a bit earlier for parking during high volume classes. Also, their sculpt room* is tight. If you don't like people being inches away from you while working out, would recommend taking the class livestream. *with current covid precautions, the mats are spaced out adequately and you have more room. read more

CLASS brought their West Village studio persona (authentic, warm, genuine, sincere, tough love) to Preston Center to appeal to neighbors a little more north, yet not too far for us West Village folks to enjoy and take advantage of the two new class styles: sprint and sculpt. Obsessed with the gorgeous, clean, spacious new studio -- yet the "class"rooms still have the same intimate smallish group feel (e.g. you're not lost in a sea of 40ish gymgoers squeezed into a room). As with the other studio, I love the class intervals/schedule and appreciate that I get to see all my favorite trainers. This team is one of a kind. Each trainer has a distinct style when it comes to approaching their workouts and it makes every day, every session so different - I need that in my week. No one will let you slack, though all of the trainers are absolutely sympathetic to injury or circumstances -- so don't feel intimidated. Give Class a try -- if sculpt or sprint aren't for you, do yourself a favor and try the Train or Cycle classes at their West Village locations, So grateful for the CLASS squad! read more
