Clean bathrooms, and there is also a small gym with free weights and a single shower. The saunas fit 3 to a room but I got lucky and it was just me. I'd been to other PF locations before and wasn't impressed. So I wasn't too happy with the changes. I finally dragged myself in to set up my new membership. What a surprise ! This PF has 5 squat racks ! They've got tons of machines, some nice glute drive machines too. So no more awkward hip thrust set ups. The best part is the Black Card recovery zone. The massage chairs , hydromassage beds and red light therapy are fantastic. They have tanning beds too for those that still do that. Wrapping up my workouts is so relaxing now. Everything is new and shiny, the equipment is solid and you can get in a solid workout here. So far it hasn't been crazy crowded either. The hours are still unclear to me, I still don't know if or when they will go 24 hours. So the lesson for me is that change can be good and this PF location is pretty great.

Upon meeting him, he was very personable and welcoming. He explained how everything worked and how to punch the bag. It was nice having him check in with me during the class since sometimes I did not hear his instruction and needed that one on one attention. The owners made me feel very welcomed from the moment I stepped foot into the gym. On my second day, Tyler (the other owner) led the session. Both instructors/owners did an equally good job of encouraging everyone to participate and not making anyone feel ostracized for going at a slower pace than the rest of the group. The Venue: The gym is small but it holds a lot of people. It is also very clean and has a reasonable amount of parking available outside. The Cost: The membership at this time is very reasonable. Right now it is $14/week with the special they are running. If you refer people and they join, you get an even larger discount on your membership. To me that's worth it for the awesome workout you get. You also get bands to wrap your hands, gloves, and a water bottle when you join. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a kickboxing class in the Colony. SIDENOTE: If they ever decide to allow those interested to pay per class, I would definitely come every Saturday since I live too far away from the Colony to make it during the week :-(*tear* OR If they ever open up another location nearer to my work or home, I would definitely be interested in joining long term.

You will not find a cleaner gym in the DFW metroplex. You will always see staff cleaning and that's lead by the owners down to the staff. There are always clean towels and personal hygiene items stocked in the bathrooms, vacuumed floors, and no trash laying around on the gym floor. If you are conscious about that pesky virus, Physiofit has you covered as they keep everything disinfected daily (helps that the owner hates germs Hans) As far as the atmosphere it's not your typical bro gym or your typical big box commercial gym. You will see and meet all types of people with varying goals, from general fitness, rehabilitation, strength training, body building, and even on occasion strongman. All members have always been approachable and always good conversations and there is typically no issue finding someone to help you with a spot if you need one. As far as trainers go, the crew is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Have a question, you can always reach out any of them and they will help you even if you are not a client of yours. They will also never hassle you to sign up under them. I will always be a loyal Physiofit client and can't say thank you to the crew there for the past 3 years of giving me a home to change my life.
